I love the vibe and ambiance of Pioneer both in Dalton and Jackson. They nail it with decor and music and all. Their coffee is excellent too and I always have their avocado toast. Well worth the stop!!

Amazing coffeehouse! This place has just about everything you would want for a nice cozy coffeehouse. The coffee is super professional, when you see a coffee place that offers pour overs and aero press along with latte art you know they mean business with their coffee. The staff is super friendly and very pleasant to offer dine in cups for our lattes which is very refreshing to see since almost no coffee shops have dine in cups anymore. We got a mocha, wild rose latte with oat milk and a buckeye cupcake and everything was what we were expecting and more in the quality of their coffee and my wife said it was one of the best cupcakes she’s ever had. The atmosphere is very pleasant with calming music playing in the background. This was a very pleasant stop heading back home and a nice way to forget about the world drama by sipping on a delicious latte in a ceramic mug!

Love the small town feel but big town flavor. I really appreciate their happy friendly faces. Seasonal drinks and their avocado toast are my favorite! I'm a big fan of the drive thru just because it's easy to grab and go to work, but the inside is very cozy and stylish. It's great place to hangout with friends.

Excellent coffee - recommend the peppermint mocha! Nice selection of baked goods when I was there - scones, baked oatmeal, cupcakes, pie, muffins. Great atmosphere inside. It's nice to have a place like this around!

Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere. Yesterday at Pioneer I had possibly the best cup of coffee I've ever had. It was a sugar-free caramel breve with Stevia added. Top-notch!

Easy to find literally has COFFEE SHOP on the side of the building. The tables and chairs are made from what appears to be reclaimed wood from a barn and they look awesome. The seating is great. Easy menu to read. The girl behind the counter was super nice. I ordered the avocado toast. They were extremely generous on the avocado spread it was scrumdiddlyumptious. I would highly suggest going here. It is easily accessible off of route 30. This is a well thought out coffee shop. I also got espresso which was just right. When I am around again I will make it a point to stop in.

This shop is a unique place to find here in Ohio and out off the beaten path. The shop has a quaint relaxing vibe while also giving you a cup of coffee that you won’t soon forget! The staff at this shop doesn’t just want to serve you coffee, but also wants to tell you their story, and help you to understand why their coffee is a higher quality grade than other shops in the area. The owner Andrew is a really kind guy who wants to help you learn about your cup of coffee rather than just serve the coffee. If you are passing by or live in the area I highly recommend this shop as a place to stop and rest, or a place to sit and study or work. I drank a cappuccino, tasted their pour over, a double shot of espresso and a little cold brew. All of these I recommend! If you get the pour over I recommend the lighter roast, it has the most flavors/notes that jump out at you. (Not to mention it has more caffeine than the darker stuff) I am excited to visit this shop again next time I’m in the area and see how they have changed the coffee culture In this area.

Unexpected gem in dalton ohio! A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Pour over and latte were delicious, and their drip coffee is good. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing and it is beautifully decorated. I hope to make this a stop each visit to ohio.
