I get all my cakes from Lily Sweets. The service and sweets are both great. All I have to do is show them a picture of what I want and they make it perfectly. I have also noticed that the prices are lower than the other middle eastern sweets with better quality. Can't beat that!

Lilys Sweets made a beautifully decorated cake for my first grandchilds’s baby shower. And furthermore it was delicious! I cannot tell you how many women came up to me to compliment the design of the cake and the taste! I couldn’t have been more pleased. My bakery from now on! And by the way, their pistachio baklava is outstanding!

Decadent homemade Middle Eastern desserts. They have a huge variety. I will certainly be back to try more. What I love most is how balanced the sweetness was in everything I tried. Nothing was overpowering... everything complimented each other perfectly. You simply must stop by!!

Very good treats! Stopped in on a Monday afternoon, excellent service, very nice staff! Definitely tapped some chocolate dusting off the tiramisu, but better too much than too little! Cakes were amazing, tried a chocolate cherry mousse sort of cake as well, definitely recommend.

Got two cakes made . One for a bachelor party and also 10th birthday party of my son. Not only the shape and design of the cakes..the taste of the cakes was excellent. Kids loved the chocolate cake with chocolate moose and adults loved the vanilla cake with white chocolate moose and strawberry filling. Thank you lily pastry.

Pathetic and horrible customer satisfaction experience. We placed customized Birthday cake 5 days a go for our grandson . also called them and confirmed the order day before the pickup day. We surprised to know before an hour our party the cake is not available, even they didn’t find our order. Disappointed and feeling regret to place the order. The guys on the counter is not realizing our frustration, simply replied with a sorry and waiting for next customer in the line. Cakes are supposed to be a happy food. Their bad attitude ruin the experience. Never having your cakes again. Worst service I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.

The worst customer service the guy doesn’t greet you doesn’t understand barely any English ,there baklava is very very old and dry, I bought few pieces he charged me $15.00 I wanted a refund he said he didn’t no how to give a refund,why would you have someone work for you and doesn’t no how to work the registers never will go back there again every one should go to Shatile on Maple and 15 mile

Very disappointed with this bakery. We were looking for a specific type of cake for my birthday. The person taking the order said they were able to do it. When opening the box at home they did not make the cake we were looking for. They said that is how they make it. If your are not able to make a cake the customer is looking for just say no to the order.

Very unprofessional. If you need a dependable order for an event like us do not go with this business. If you just want to pick up cookies fine. But if you need somebody you can count on don't go to them. We ordered a cake for a special occasion. We ordered it a week in advance in person. When we came to pick it up the day before the event they told us they had no order for us. They when we told them that we placed the order they said they had no idea what we were talking about then the lady changed her mind and says oh actually no you're right I think you did order a cake and then you never came to pick it up last week - we thought you wanted to be ready last week. We had left her our phone number when we ordered the cake. So if they were confused about the date they should have called us when they had the cake ready. They did not call us. So this lady proceeded to gaslight me and tried to convince me that we had never placed the order even though I know we did. It was very unprofessional and not the proper way to respond to a customer when you make a mistake. Then she asked me who I placed the order with and I said it was with a younger gentleman and she starts saying oh yeah I can't trust these younger guys working for us so once again she's did not take the blame. It was extremely unprofessional. She was very defensive the whole time she did not want to help me figure out a way to get the cake that I ordered for the event. I understand that mistakes happen. But when I asked to see the receipt from our order she said that they don't keep receipts for cakes when it's been more than a week since that order was placed. That doesn't even make sense. Why would you not keep track for your business? I highly recommend if you need a dependable order for an event do not go with this business. If you just want to pick up cookies fine. But if you need somebody you can count on don't go to them.

I’m very surprised we have such a good cake in our area it’s really different than American cake Fluffy not so sweet . Especially the kind stuffed with chocolate really amazing I’m so glad . I APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS

Absolutely terrible customer service and horrible attitude, I ordered a vegan cake (eggless) and specified 5 different times before I ordered it AND picked it up that it MUST be dairy-free and nut-free due to an allergy. They were negligent and confirmed all 5 times that the cake was dairy free when it indeed was NOT. My friend had an allergic reaction to the custard and when I called back, 1 person was kind enough to take my number, take the cake back and supposedly the owner was supposed to call me and give me a refund. The owner never called so I called back and they claim that I never said dairy free, when I called 5 times and asked before paying that its dairy free and eggless and they confirmed it was every single time. They don’t understand what “deathly allergic” means. Never coming back here ever again.

Amazing! Their cashiers are really kind and the sweets are fresh. The cake designs are beautiful and all the staff are quick to work. Could not ask for more from a desert place!

Horrible place I’ve gone there 3 time already, till this past Sunday they messed up the cake (1/2 Birthday) Cake Not going back there anymore ever again Poor customer service.The chef just left I can’t not fix that. The owner is not here he told me to charge you $80 for the cake for 1/2 cake
