Tanya the manager helped me with my storage unit and made the process so easy. Very professional and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in order for the movers to come.

First day using this spot and I am sad I wasted my money. It says access is 6am-10pm so I show up at 7 and no easy way to access my unit. No use of bay doors until a worker is there, Waste of money, and walking due to lack of entrances. Glad it's only a month. Do Not Recommend I'd you have a life

If there is review with no star at all just 0 that what they deserve , i was renting 2 storage unit there and they stole all the valuable things for us left us with just heavy items , they took every things (Tv,computer,printers……,. But they were smart with no break in the lock they entered our storage from next door unit it was empty and they did it more than one time , and they had v. Bad manager called Tania i believe the thief cant get in the unit with cameras all over , unless they knew who stole us and they hiding the thief , i believe they did it because no body had access to the empty unit just them . I had picture and videos and a police report and i claimed it to the insurance , some body needs to stop them from stealing our storage unit ,i was going there to take the insurance information and found the police were there they stole somebody else , do pls watch it guys and dont use life storage …..

First experience at a storage unit. Definitely a great experience. Tanya, the manager at this W. 130th location was very professional. She also educated me on things I would have had no idea about. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Tanya also made me feel that my items would be safe and secure. Thank you once again.

We’re promised storage inside and made reservations. When arriving the place told us we would have to settle for outside. I was going 7mph in my car and the limit is 5mph. The lady at the front desk made a huge commotion about me “speeding” and came outside saying “the speed limits 5” waving her arms very aggressive. My car is small and agile so I’m able to take turns without slowing down much especially since I knew the lot was empty. Regardless I stopped at the signs. However she still came out yelling. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

I don't remember her first name. But Mrs.Maldonado was great helped my parents and I in the most efficient and knowledgeable way possible. She has precise and detailed answers for every question. During the walk around of the unit, she even gave some very well needed and articulated advice on how to properly take advantage of the square footage. Thank you for you help and being the best!

Best place I've stored at till date. Everything is as described and no BS. You think the storage is convenient, talk to Tanya at the front desk. I have rented a space here for awhile now and I never posted a review until today..I had a situation where I got dropped off at my unit by a Lyft driver so I can get my motorcycle I forgot I left my phone in the Lyft driver car..came in told Cherri I needed a phone and help.i have to admit I was impressed how she went out of her way helping me track down this driver I know we spent 2hrs until we got it back .So thanks Cherri you are a gem.

My first time renting a storage locker, The whole experience was great! The Onsite manager was awesome, she was very thorough,and explained everything to me.

The employee was so kind and polite. She helped me out and showed me a few units till I found what I wanted. They are very affordable.

I've never rented a storage unit before & I believe I shouldn't have started with them. They're friendly to your face but they don't keep their word, staff doesn't communicate with each other so you get different information from different people, & they charge $40 to change your due date if you sign up for autopay! Which is outrageous!!! I regret choosing them & I'm already looking for other options. I don't know if it's just this facility or Life Storage as a company, but I don't recommend.

I was in need of a storage unit since I was moving. The process was effortless and the woman (I can’t remember her name for the life of me) was awesome. She was so thorough and straight forward with rules and policies. Also, she’s so attentive of the property! Which I love since obviously my whole house is stored in their facility. Definitely recommend if you need an affordable storage unit and easy process.

Solid storage unit, under very strict and great management. They have a plethora of rules meant to keep the customer and their belongings safe. Tania is easy to work with, and is mostly there to assist if help is needed.

Bedbugs. You will need to store clothing, bedding, etc. in spacesaver bags and seal boxes in large garbage bags and duct tape. Better yet, find someplace cleaner.
