Can't find less one star.one star is too much for Ryan's homes. Ryan's homes is spam, the worst ever!!!! you pay alot of money for garbage. Not only low quality but also the cheapest and lowest quality ever, you can buy them from dollar store. Theri Handymen unprofessional, unexperianced, they do a horrible job ever, my little son can paint better than them. Windows are leaking air, window manufacturer is not responsible for any thing, they blame Ryan's and Ryan's blame them. Ryan can't solve any problems, flooring uneven, paint are horrible, doors are empty inside and plastic, driveway cracking, oven, dishwasher and microwave are cheap as well, poor management and their supervisors and managers are useless, they know only this statement" No, that can't be fixed) even during one year warranty. I give you an advise that worth millions, wished someone opened his mouth and spoke up before like I just did. Our whole community is not happy with Ryan's homes at all, and some of them like me, are still fighting Ryan's. Don't make Ryan's fool you with their beautiful sample house. I bought a new house because we don't want to do maintenance for the next 5 years, we were wrong, Ryan's houses you will do that from the first month.

Built a new house in this beautiful property last fall. While I love my house’s design we have had continuous issues with project manager and issues from construction. Here are a 2 examples but I have more: 1. 2 days before Christmas our first guests stayed the night and used the basement shower. Shortly after sewage water began flooding basement. We called and called the emergency contractors and project manager but no response. Found another plumber who discovered it was caused by grout and paint being poured down drain during construction. The plumber thankfully gave us the video from snake to share so we could be reimbursed for emergency services and finished basement to be sanitized. All of basement carpet had to be replaced. We also had to cancel first Christmas in new home and get hotel room for guests. They have still not fully reimbursed us as they promised to do. 2. Yard- we have been waiting all summer along with our neighbors to have our yard graded so we could finally use it, landscape, and build deck. They have done it a few times but failed inspection. Each time our internet lines dig up and severed. Over the summer the weeds started growing and 2 weeks ago we were fined along with several neighbors by HOA. We called property manager no response. All of the other neighbors called (we have different property manager as ours moved sites but is still responsible) and their property manager paid for landscaping services to handle weeds. We called all service numbers, property manager, anyone were told all sorts of stories: like someone will get back to you, we will take us this right away. We were promised last weekend the weeds would be fixed by Tuesday. Well it’s Friday and tomorrow is our daughter’s birthday party. I gave directions on invite to look for the weeds.

We worked with Derek at Ryan Homes Estates at Hampton Place in North Ridgeville, Ohio. The experience was awesome, Derek is super knowledgeable, patient, and a true partner. I feel he was an advocate for us. I was amazed at how much knowledge Derek had on the house, trim options, build process, development, etc. I don’t think there was a single question Derek could not answer on the spot. The overall process was smooth and easy!

Ryan homes can do a better job constructing the houses leaving them not completed and the finishes are nothing like the models. People are NOT getting what there paying for.

Derek Jackson has been patient and informative with helping us to build our new home. Roger Lombardi has been very helpful, clear, and informative with the buying process. Our project manager Jason Byrne has kept us updated and encouraged us to ask questions during the building process.

Derek and Roger have both been incredible to work with designing and financing our dream home. Both have been very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.

My Husband & I are beyond pleased with the service we’ve experienced from Ryan Homes! We are excited about building our Dream Home. Our Sales Rep., Derek J. has truly exceeded our expectations with his patience & wisdom alone. We’ve also had a great experience with their mortgage company NVR through their loan originator, Hanny A. We are still in the beginning stages & waiting on the underwriting process now but I have faith in this company continuing their superb service. We are also First Time Homebuyers!!

We wanted to compliment Derek, Roger and Jason during the beginning stages of this new construction. All have been professional, knowledgeable and patient with us and all of our questions as we are new to this process. We feel that they are all trustworthy and have our best interests in mind. We did extensive research before taking on this endeavor and feel that this team is one of the best. We look forward to our new home. Update Post-Construction: Through the early stages and the decision-making process, Derek was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When we began, from the first dig to the final product, our project manager Jason, kept us informed on a regular basis. He frequently sent pictures and updates in a timely manner. He often communicated with us in the evenings and on weekends. The Home Building Experience with Ryan Homes was very successful due in large part to Jason. Jason was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Any small issues that were found were immediately addressed. He was very patient and understanding. Jason went above and beyond on many levels. We are grateful to the whole team at Ryan Homes in making this dream a reality.

We have had the best experience thus far with all who we have worked with. We are In the process of building our first home and both Jon and Brandon have been amazing with all questions and helping create the perfect home for us.

I live in avon Deerfield dr we build house in 2018 now we have foundation issues I called warranty people they said we warranty only one year we don’t know it’s cracke problem or foundation structural problems I told them to come and see but they said you guys don’t warranty with us they don’t even care before buying hous from them make sure everything I am not happy with them at least they should come and check. This issue going on long time I put request few time people don’t even care.

Cheap quality,, we had issues with flooring after 2 months of purchasing the house , we had to call them so many times to fix something new we moved in last December,, they said the landscaping is gonna be done after the winter today is 06/28 and still nothing ,, every time we asked them ,, they said this week ,, and no update ,, unfortunately i don’t trust them anymore,, if you can’t finish your job don’t give us a date !!! Shame ،، for future resident s i hope you look somewhere else
