I can't believe how much lower my stress levels are after just an hour of EFT tapping with Hannah! I was having physical releases of tension, like yawning and chills, throughout the tapping cycles. I like the energy of group session and how we can all build off of what each other are working through. A one on one is definitely in my cards because I really want to hone in on what we worked on. Hannah asks the best questions and makes this technique feel so approachable. I came out of it with skills that I can carry into my everyday life.

This place is great for body recovery. My son is a professional athlete and he loves going there to keep his body right. Tom is knowledgeable and will recommend anything that he thinks your body needs.

I found this place on a whim. My primary care doctor had been suggesting therapeutic massage for well over a year. I finally made the decision to do something for myself and I am so glad that I did!!! Not only is the facility cozy and lovely but the staff is amazing. I made my appointment with Patrick Regan and I cannot say enough positive things. I work a pretty busy and stressful job with an equally stressful schedule. Patrick has been accommodating with my schedule and he LISTENS to me. He understands where my pain is coming from and make reasonable recommendations to continue my therapy outside of our appointments. I highly recommend Charm City to anyone that is looking to add alternative therapies self-care to their routine. I double recommend Patrick Regan to anyone that is considering therapeutic massage!!!

Best acupuncturist I've found in the US. Treated LONG standing health issues, got full emotional release, left feeling energetic and happy.

Came in for Moxibustion due to Breech Presentation during my pregnancy at 36 weeks. I am so happy to say that my baby has flipped to a head down position after 2 sessions. It was a weird process but not painful at all. I am overjoyed that I am able to avoid C-section or ECV.

The entire experience from reception to treatment was incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice. Each session is well discussed upfront and accompanied with a follow up from Patrick. That personal touch goes a long way. I look forward being on this journey to a full recovery feeling I am well taken care of by an understanding and compassionate professional.

I give Charm City Integrative 4/5 stars only because I have not tried all of the therapies offered yet. I mostly go for therapeutic massage with Patrick for back and shoulder issues, and would highly recommend. Easy to schedule and communicate needs before and after the massage.

Today was my first visit at CCIH. I had a great experience: the staff is very professional, courteous, and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable. The massage was great (one of the best I've ever had) and focused on all the areas we'd discussed beforehand. I've been experiencing lower back pain for over a week, but I left CCIH feeling terrific, with no back pain whatsoever. I was so pleased with my visit that I'm returning for my first-ever acupuncture treatment. Thank you for a great experience!

I made an appointment to see Patrick for a massage because my right shoulder/arm/upper back were tight and in pain. Patrick has a great knowledge of the upper body area and his massage helped me a lot to relax the muscles and reduce the pain. I went back a few more times to see him and I felt there was a big improvement in the shoulder tighness. What I liked the most about Patrick was his advice on how to prevent the problem I was having, also his kindness and opennes to chat during the sessions and of course the great massages.

A life saver. So many great wellness services and practitioners. Patrick, in particular, utilization of a variety of techniques and tool for my massage offer pain relief and loosened tightness. Highly recommend

Been seeing Tom for over 7 years, after a horrible car accident. Acupuncture was the only thing that seemed to work after months of physical therapy and chiropractor appointments. Tom is both knowledgeable and professional.

Results from receiving acupuncture at Charm City were astounding. I had, and still have a little, neuropathy in my foot with great difficulty in standing and walking for very long. I tried physical therapy, drug therapy, special shoes and more with no relief. I have been going to Charm City for about nine months and I have to say that the treatments have changed my life. I still have some numbness but I really am back to being able to walk normally and for long distances. Thank you Tom and staff! A resounding success!

Dr. Tom is one of my favorite people on this planet!!! He's the owner and he understands my condition (EDS), got my acupuncture approved by insurance and his treatments are legitimately helpful. His staff is also lovely. Always look forward to going!
