My room looked like a scene from the first 48, mirrors were filthy. The microwave was broken. It wouldn't cut off without leaving the door open. I went to inspect the bed for bed bugs and the manager told me that she would give me a refund and I had to leave. Poor customer service and the bed was filthy

The first room had a sink filled with water that didn't drain, nor did the tub witch was Black .. a crack pipe under the bed. drug paraphernalia inside the dresser . No TV channels.. Tub had warm water, not hot. Had to get put into a new room . both rooms had no smoke detector .. This is my 2nd bad experience. 2 yrs ago, I had a Madagascar hissing cockroach crawling up my mirror when I got out of the shower, and it wasn't there when we first checked in. We went to dinner and came back, and you knew someone was in the room, so I felt like the cockroach was intentional . 130$ for these rooms .

Absolutely love them! They have changed drastically in the last few years, for the better of course! The staff is extremely friendly & always willing to give us the best stay they possibly can. If there is ever an issue , they fix it as quickly & efficiency as they can & are very accommodating.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I even left 7 hours before check out. I hear that truckers did enjoy their stay there when it was formerly Rhodeway Inn. Someone apparently lost a bet. Horrible. I heard Dukes is better. 0 Stars.

This hotel was on the way to an event. It is a cute mom and pop type motel. New people who were very helpful. Coming one way had to do a u-turn. There is convenience store right next door to motel. Bar liquor store across the street along with a royal farms.

I rented a room one night for my girlfriend and I. I called in advance to double check and make sure they had a room with a hot tub in it, & which they did. The room cost $110. The "hot tub" was slightly bigger than my own bathtub at home, but it was red. The room stunk so badly like smoke and alcohol. The door barely locked. It was just a terrible experience, NEVER AGAIN! KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW I WISH I WOULD HAVE STAYED HOME!!!

This place is worse then horrible the floor is like mud that's how filthy the carpet is the blanket had burn holes in it '' there is litterly wires hanging out on the floor . They must of paid the health inspector off... I really didn't think it was that bad from the outside til I got in the hallway but I paid $70.00 so wasn't gonna leave .I will say I'm surprised they didn't have bedbugs very surprised.. never again

Soon as we walked in the room first thing we see is roaches running around. Then look over and see a couple slugs just chilling. Mold all around the room, exposed live electrical Wires. The whole hallway was flooded. Yell the guy at the desk and he said we could have our money back that nothing is wrong with the room. I took video's of it.

I arrived after a long flight, the front of house staff were welcoming and helpful. I rented a non-smoking jacuzzi room it was awesome, the accommodation was top notch and there are plenty of amenities close by. I'd heard, from reading reviews, that the surrounding areas were a bit noisy, however it was quiet for me. If you want to be located in this area then I would strongly recommend staying at the Regal INN & Suits, I genuinely can't find fault in my experience.

This is the nastiest Motel ever the rooms are falling apart they are dirty the bathroom is falling apart the vents are broken the walls are leaking old water is a lot of mildew through out every room it's hard to breathe in the rooms and they all smell like old smoke the beds are trash old mattress the heath department needs to shut this motel down I wouldnt advice ANYONE TO STAY HERE... Staff are rude and not helpful it is a mess over all let's not forget about the chair that is filthy with old stains and the bathroom door is ripped off pretty much a waste of time and money so hold your money and go else where this isn't the right place for anyone the floors are slippery and dirty it was no cleaning of this place a very poor job

Bathroom dirty , weird stains on sheets. No bed bugs!! We checked every inch. But someone kept knocking on our door every 45 minutes to an hour so I got no sleep. Very agitating but I do give props the guy at the desk came to make sure we were okay. And that everything was fine. Although we didn’t see anything at first there were a lot of thing that could’ve been better. Probably won’t stay again but not as bad as it could’ve been

Paid for a room, went up to the room, left the room and got our money back. One couple had burn marks on the sheets. The door frames looked like they had been kicked in at some point and pieced back together. Now I know why they were the only place with vacancies on Preakness weekend. Terrible

This place has mice and it had a leech in the hot tub and when I brought it to the front office and tried to get at least 10-20 of my dollars back they refused to give me a reduction off my room. I'm honestly bout to call the health department on them

Stayed on 4 separate occasions only because they're cheaper than the other Pulaski hotels during the week and don't make you wait until 3 to check in. If I gotta pay 75➕ then I'm getting my 24 hours. Prices went from 60/65 to 70➕ in the last 3 years and they have not done anything to make the rooms better. I've stayed in 205 2/3 times and the remote has never worked, bathroom sink leaks and doesn't drain, toilet got clogged, door is hard to open and close. The first room I ever stayed in was one behind the office(same building) and it was way nicer compared to the other 2 we stayed in which is B's. All rooms should look the same but be bigger or smaller. My point is, they need to fix a lot. Also, WHY IS THERE NEVER ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK???

Take my advice do not go to this place room was uncomfortable bathroom door did not close all the way it had tile floors and floors should be more comfortable than that. No wonder this place is cheap. There was a hole in the bathroom right by the tub, I wouldn’t be surprised if it had mice Uncomfortable bed very squeaky couldn’t even stay one night there had to leave right away but luckily the people were nice enough to let us go to another one no charge I will thank them for that but sorry we had to go to this place. Hopefully they can make things a little better.

Dirty rooms.had to ask for new pillows right away as they were so dirty. Lock on door don't work. Not one electrical outlet worked. All drawers on nightstands are missing. So many burn marks. Dirty furniture. A drop down To go into bathroom with only a piece of wood there hurting my toe. Mirror is just layed up against wall on top of fridge. Then at 530 am I was awaken to a great suprise a rat poking head through the ceiling tiles that are broken so many holes in ceiling big gapping hole behind toilet . I can say that I won't be returning

Went to the pulaski location for a room, was a closer drive to the job i was working the next day. The guy showed me the room gave me my key and i left without entering the room, got a call they canceled the job so i returned 45 minutes later to the office where the guy behind laughed at me when i asked for a refund even though i never entered the room besides when he showed it to me before payment.. Horrible place to book, trust me and just sleep in your car.

Loved our stay at Regal INN& suites. I can't overstate how friendly and helpful all staff members encountered were. The location was great and the FREE parking ample. Great stay.

They disrespect your privacy 3-4 times my room was entered without any notice while I was In the room... Also cleaners don't speak English making it difficult to communicate and stay for more then 2-3 days

Female Owner is very rude. The door was beat to a pulp basically letting anyone in if they really wanted to, and the window wouldn't lock. This place is a disgrace and not safe at all.

The stay was very unhealthy there is a pregnant woman here and I was trying to help her get her things together when she tried to pay for another night and they refused by a lady and started cussing my friend and me out and it's dirty as hell in there. Bug's everywhere unsafe place for a pregnant woman and I get told to leave when I'm trying to help her pack her things up and the lady is threatening her and saying she is going to smack her cause she took pictures of the room and saying if she doesn't hurry up she is calling the cops and having her locked up cause she is refusing to allow me to help this woman who is pregnant she has asked to be switched rooms cause of the dirt and the Holes in the wall where you can see outside! This is the most worst place to ever come to and other people are complaining also about blood all over the bed wall's floor. They don't clean right and the place needs shutdown ASAP!!! If I could give it 2 million negative stars I would

Some were ducked off time to your self it been a minute but it was ok I think I had a hot tub in my room too

Last time i was here they only had a full bed available for $70 for 2 nights. Woke up at 5am to loud people talking and yelling next door the first night. The room is so small, so when it was 1:00pm i wanted the room next to me. Door was wide open so i knew it was vacant and they wanted to charge me for the $70 room i had spent already PLUS $130 for the room next to me when i just wanted to upgrade. Money hungry.

They are never in the office. They come banging on your door telling you that you need to pay even though you already paid. They tell minor children if their parents owe money. They have terrible customer service. We always paid ahead of time so they wouldn't have to come tell us yet they insist we never paid until we show the the transaction on the phone which they already have a record of.
