Absolutely a beautiful resort!!! The rooms are so big and comfortable that they truly feel like your own apartment. No matter what tower you are in, you can get to any pool or any other tower with a simple walk on the trail. The staff is friendly and respectful. It's minutes drive from any park or shop you want. My only negative about it is parking. I think you should assign parking. One car gets assigned parking, and if you have two cars, then one needs to go in the garage. Finding parking after walking through the parks all day when you return late at night is horrible!

Was a very nice resort, tons of things to do with the kids. Multiple pools to pick from. Short distance to the parks. Overall great place. 3 stars because someone tried coming into our room/resort at 12:52 am. The screw on the door was almost taken out and if we didn’t have the safety latch on that they popped out they would have been able to come in. I woke up to a loud bang or slamming sound. Sat up and looked around while in bed. (Had clothes in the dryer thought maybe I forgot my husbands belt on his pants) my kids were sleeping on the pull out couch bed across from our bed. They were knocked out after a long fun day at Disney. The manager of security the next day when I seen our door was open and reported it said my kids opened the door. That’s definitely not true. Be aware of your surroundings, always use those safety latches. Luckily we are all okay and safe but scary to think it could have went another way. Also NO CAMERAS in the hall ways expect for the ground floor that we seen. Also the screw that was out was definitely worked on as in they tried hard. The door photo is how I found our door around 7 am.

Our family had an amazing vacation! Everything was top notch. The staff at Escudo's were exceptional. That was our favorite spot, not just because the food was so good, but because the staff always recognized us and were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I would love to come back in the future for another family trip!

Our presidential suite was certainly the luxury we were looking for. This resort gave us VIP treatment from a beautiful spacious suite with a view to 5 pools to splash into. Gorgeous grounds and located in close proximity to the amusement parks and shopping. Not only was the resort clean, but the elevators were fast as well. The suite had a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing we had to do was bring in the groceries😉. The girls loved the large tub as it was perfect for a magical bubble bath! The in suite washer and dryer were extra nice as it meant no dirty laundry for the trip home! Highly recommend this resort! There's plenty to do on the grounds without traveling afar.

We have stayed here twice. The room is exceptional. Tons of space, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The resort is top notch. So much for the kids to do for free, many pools, and great food and drinks. Many people said when staying here, you don't need to do Disney or universal because this resort is made for its own vacation, and they couldn't be more correct. So relaxing and beautiful. My absolute favorite Florida resort.

The place is lovely, the support staff, not so much. Hard to find towels as all the pool hits were closed, had to go 4 buildings down to main building to get towels from a young man with an attitude. Good was ok but very expensive. Drinks were outrageously priced for what you get, bring your own bottle, the room can support it. Very kind sales staff for timeshares but definitely high pressure. Don't believe the 2 hours of your day...it's all day.

We can’t wait to come back! We stayed here for our short but sweet trip to Disney - checked in on Monday and out on Friday. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. There is so much to do from swimming, floating down one of the lazy rivers, mini golf, corn hole, shuffleboard, and so many places to eat or grab a drink on site! All the parks are less than 15 minutes away. They have a shuttle you can take but it only runs certain times. We didn’t use it so I’m not sure of the capacity or how quickly it fills up but it’s a good option if you’re looking to save money on parking! Everything in our room was perfectly clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We walked the boardwalk around the resort the first night to take it all in - it’s beautiful! Very family friendly but a nice place for couples or groups of friends as well! We talked all week about how we want to come back and stay here for a whole week and just enjoy the resort!

We were very happy with this large resort on Disney property. There was enough to do that you stay 4-5 days and not leave the property. A lot of activities were for children but there is plenty for adults as well. Several restaurants, a Starbucks, an ice cream parlor, and multiple bars on the property. Multiple pools with large slides, 2 lazy rivers, playgrounds, putt putt golf, ping pong, shuffle board, a pirate ship, a koi pond, a spa, and even more to keep you busy. The rooms are nice and clean. It had been recently renovated, was quiet inside with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and patio. I think 1-4 bedrooms are available to rent. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Bonnet Creek - the resort itself is very pretty and the pools are excellent! We also loved being so close to the parks (everything is a 10 minutes or less drive) and appreciated having a full kitchen/in-unit laundry. Things which could have been better included the cleanliness/upkeep of the room (there were pills on the floor in the corner, a dirty dish towel left, and the light in the shower continued to go in/out) and some of our interactions with hotel employees. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. Lots of amenities and things to do From ping pong, billiards, board games, shuffle board, mini golf and more. (Just missing tennis and basketball courts). Multiple pools with different vibes makes for a good time for anyone. A lazy River at one location, kids play area at another, two area with slides, a couple bars and a couple restaurants, ice cream shop, and more. Plus a variety of daily activities at multiple locations… you don’t need to leave the property despite being right at the Disney parks and Disney Springs. Highly recommend.

You can't beat this place!!! Service is top notch! Delivered extra coffee.. blankets.. whatever we needed in under 15 minutes with their concierge text number. Lazy rivers and pools are awesome! Played mini golf! Best hotel on Disney Property!!

We love staying here! The rooms are very nice. The pools are incredible! The location is absolutely perfect for getting to everything Disney. The only negative thing I would say was that if you forget something while checking out, you will not ever see it again. It’s happened a couple of times for us and I think that’s a bummer that there’s no accountability for the staff to turn things into lost and found. Other than that though it’s an incredible place!

the location is excellent, parking on site is fine, and service was good. We stayed in tower 6 on the ground floor. The a/c rattled and needed repair, the room smells like mildew. they did an update recently of some furniture and paint. They must have gotten a deal on cheap lightbulbs because everything is bright white like a laundry room. someone on staff needs a lesson in the right bulbs for the right room. Lots of plugs around which was appreciated. Summary: the grounds look like a 4-5 star resort. the rooms are more 2-3 star like a comfort inn or holiday inn but with a kitchen.

Great non-Disney resort that is on the Disney property. Very clean, comfortable and they make you feel like you are at home. Fully stocked kitchen, dinning room, living room and enough rooms for the whole family ... in one suite. The views were amazing... i will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning. Best resort and we stay here every year. Can't recommend it enough! The only negative I would give it is the restaurant inside the resort that is outside.. is insanely expensive. I got two little mini tacos for $10 and they are about the size of the inside of my palm. Basically one bit each. Also breakfast sizes are tiny too, the bacon and sausage was about 1 piece each for a "Captain's Breakfast". I think my kids breakfast had more food on it so I ate their leftovers after. Rooms and pools and staff otherwise are great though, just get some groceries and eat off site and you're all good!

My family and I had an amazing 7-night stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek during our recent Disney adventure, and I can't stop raving about it! The property is a hidden gem inside the Disney gates but without the Disney price tag – unbeatable value, if you ask me. We opted for a two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area, all recently updated to perfection. As someone with food allergies, the option to cook was a game-changer, and the spotless cookware and cleanliness of the kitchen were top-notch. The one thing I wish they supplied was some simple cleaning supplies for wiping down the counters and stove, however they did provide everything else you could need. While the drive to the parks was quick and easy. The resort did offer transportation to the parks but for our family of four it was less expensive to park our rental at Disney. The pool with a lazy river was a hit with my kids (and me!), offering a perfect way to unwind after magical days at Disney. Being a timeshare property, we were offered a "tour" at check-in(which we declined) , but the low-pressure approach was refreshing and definitely appreciated. More room and amenities for our money compared to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort last year – Wyndham Bonnet Creek has won us over, and we'll be back for sure! 🌟

Stayed at this location for 2 nights for a recent weekend trip to Disney before departing for a Disney cruise from Port Canaveral. The location is excellent. Right on Disney property, only 10-15 minute drive to the parks (depending on traffic). The property is very well maintained and clean. Many activities available to not even have to leave the resort. We were disappointed that when we arrived 2 hours early we were not able to check in. They said they would text us if our room was ready before 4 and we still had to wait even at 4 which is the scheduled check in time. (In addition once checked in the cleaning service was still in our room when we went up to it.) We are already Wyndham Rewards Earner members through their credit card but we were still pressured into a timeshare presentation when we were getting our room keys activated. We could have said no but we were told it was just a discussion about Wyndham who they are and no sales. We even told the representative that we already own timeshare with another property that we are happy with. We have been impressed with Wyndham so decided to still attended for rewards points for free nights stays but it was 100% a timeshare sale and they weren’t overly pushy but it was not what it was described as and took an hour and a half out of our day there. The staff was friendly otherwise but we had minimal interactions. Room was nice and big, clean and in great shape. Beds were comfy, my daughter slept on the pull out couch bed and loved it. We didn’t have time for the pools or lazy river but they looked amazing. Port Canaveral is only an hour drive so it’s a good location if going on a cruise. We would definitely stay again, I would just say no to the timeshare presentation right up front.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom in September, and it was great! We were in building 5 I believe, which had the perfect pool for our toddlers. Getting to the parks and Disney Springs was easy. We ordered groceries ahead and grabbed on our way to the resort. Only negative was an hour to check in with only 3 people ahead of me in line. Loved the late hours for the pool

We had a great time at Bonnet Creek. The amenities and location were excellent! If you wanted to travel off the property to visit any of the Disney parks, it was a short drive. But if you just wanted to lay around the resort, there was also plenty to do.

A wonderful place for a family vacation with the kids. Nice spacious rooms however I don't care for carpet at all. One less star for that. Carpets carry all odors and become smelly over a period of time even after shampooing. The overall atmosphere is pleasant with good amenities in the rooms for a memorable vacation. It maybe nice in the near future to add more eateries and shopping spots on ground.

I’ve been here several times. This is a great location. We always have a good time. I got a 4 bedroom presidential this time and it’s beautiful. But the rug has three different colors . The original by the TV, faded by the table and there is no pattern by the couch. The comforters in at least two of the bedrooms have the edging hanging off. Service is great, the people here are great, that’s why I keep coming back.

Great experience, great price on the week stay, and the customer service is amazing. My niece lost her tooth and the activity center was beyond helpful. And any time we needed extra stuff (towels, paper towels) they were brought up promptly. About 9-15 mins to all Disney parks. Also the condos are large and most I believe have laundry units in them.

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay this weekend. We went the day after a hurricane and the staff and crew were exceptional. Great place for a family trip especially with kids. Disney is around the corner, but you really don't even need to leave the resort. So much to do there. We have been going for years and they always impress. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and we will definitely be back again next year.

This resort is fantastic, and the perfect place for a Disney vacation. We had two 2-bedroom suites for our family of 7, which gave us PLENTY of space. The full kitchen allowed us to save money by making breakfast in the morning and dinner on multiple nights. When not in the Disney parks, the resort has a ton to do with pools, mini golf, cornhole, shuffleboard, pool tables, ping pong, an arcade, etc. There are a few restaurants on site that have decent options as well, which was really convenient on the evenings we didn't want to cook. There are also a number of grill and picnic areas as well! The staff here is top notch. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, and the one issue we had with our room was corrected within 30 minutes of us calling the front desk. I can't recommend this place enough!

I could be a little biased since I am an owner but I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and Wyndham in general. Every time I have come to this property, I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always accommodating and very forthcoming with information. Rooms are always clean as well as the dishes; although I rewash them anyway. This time around, I ate on property majority of the time and was pleasantly surprised with Escudos (or something like that). The breakfast was delicious. It was a little on the pricey side but factor in what I would've used in gas, it just about evens out. Since it was a short weekend trip, I didn't buy groceries like I typically would to cook. Amongst all of the properties in Orlando, Bonnet Creek is my absolute favorite. If ever I tried to book and it wasn't available, I simply change my dates. That just how much I love it. It truly is a home away from away and my guest were pretty impressed with the property themselves.

Best place to stay for a Disney vacation. It is on Disney property but not considered a Disney Hotel. For a large family this place was awesome. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a kitchen. We were able to eat breakfast in our room prior to arrival of Disney parks. We also gave us the ability to make sandwiches for snacks and lunch. A great place to stay even if you are not doing Disney. Pools are warm and good locations.

Came down for a week long Disney vacation with three generations and had a great experience. Resort offered something for everyone from ages 3 to 63. Room was large, clean, fully stocked, and had a great view. Resort food was wonderful, pools were great, and proximity to all the resorts was perfect. 100% would recommend and plan to stay again for future trips.

The room is outstanding! They randomly upgraded us to a 3 bed presidential so that was nice. Everyone on the staff has been exceptionally nice and helpful with anything that we needed. The pools are very clean and the food is very good! The only thing I would recommend is for the hotel to lower the prices on their convenience store items, like: milk, bread, etc.

  • 5/5 Kristin B. 2 years ago on Google
I seriously wish I could live here!!!! Our stay was amazing! Easy check in, even accommodated an early check in. Friendly staff. Great bartenders and drinks! Just a quick ride to Disney parks. Pools are warm and clean and not too crowded. I don’t have a bad thing to say! This was our second visit here and definitely won’t be our last 👏🥳🙂

Great atmosphere and helpful people! Really enjoyed the amenities and the lake/pool views are worth it. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, either that or all the Disney walking got to me!! Loved walking around the lake, lots of fish and birds to see. The only downsides I experienced are guests saving poolside chairs for people who are not there yet and parking (they have a parking garage which worked for us but it can be difficult for some). If you can overlook these - it will be an incredible time!
