I go to Hardee’s because I had a coupon for two for 499 sausage egg biscuits. I ordered it. The total came to $14 with a small hash brown as well. I asked why the total was so much with my coupon and the lady at the window said there is a 60 cent up charge for each slice of cheese and she would apply the coupon at the window. Cool. I’ll pay the cheese up charge because I want cheese. I drive off and have my daughter hand me my food open it and find a plain sausage biscuit. NO egg. NO cheese that I paid extra for. I have to be at work in Tampa in 30 minutes so I don’t have time to go back so I call them. No answer. I am not happy. I want a refund. This isn’t what I ordered nor what I paid extra for.

Hardees/Carl's Jr makes my favorite burger; the Famous Star. At over $7.00 now, as much as I love it, it's just not worth it. I only bought one because I was traveling. No more for me. My homemade burgers are way better and less expensive.

Fast and efficient. Even though they seemed behind on work, staff was courteous and friendly. The dining room was extremely clean. I didn't get to spend long here simply for the fact that they were just that quick. Hard to tell how it would have been on a weekend night, but for the evening I attended things went smoothly.

Okay this is rare for me to say especially for fast food. But I must say they're breakfast is phenomenal. That older gentleman that manages the store. He is incredible with his staff. It's like watching a five-star restaurant working in a kitchen. Toodles way to go. I tell all my neighbors to go there for breakfast. Apparently that's why you guys are so busy on Sundays. Keep up the great work. He needs a raise

Absolutely love this place and the people that work there. Are always so friendly and nice. Very helpful if you need it. They have great customer service. And oh yeah the food is just as good as the employees. Love there biscuits and gravy. And there chicken wraps are delicious.

Pretty much every time I have been to Hardee's I am disappointed. But this morning was very different. Despite being super busy Jodi (not sure how to spell it) took care of us so quick and efficiently we were in and out in no time. The whole crew had an infective positive feel. I left in a better mood than when I came in. And the food was pretty awesome.

The food was ok, the eggs on the egg platter come flat. Not necessarily fried, but kinda(?) The 2 eggs were flat and dry. I'm guessing they come frozen and they are warmed up to serve. Bacon was a bit overcooked, but the biscuit was perfect. The staff was great. I didn't return the meal. I am guessing those are the "normal" eggs that come with it now according to the picture. I miss their scrambled eggs. Oh well....

I was excited to see they've brought back the CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUITS!!! Their as great as I remember them. Get them before their gone. Why tease us and take them away in January? Hardee's has the best biscuits.

So the chicken strips we got were excellent. Very tender and NOT dried out. The pitfall is the prices are steep. I wouldn't expect to pay $14 for one strip combo. I guess that's why we were the only ones in the dining room. The dining room was very clean

Tried Hardee’s today for the first time on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Great fast friendly service and very good quality food. Chicken tenders and burgers were great.

Food is great, good job folks in the back! It could not have been easy with the aggressive little fella up from screaming at everyone non stop. Seemed like a lot of judgement coming from someone in a walmart uniform with his unmentionables dangling out the back like he was fresh off D block. Easy E said "easy does it"

We had sausage biscuits for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh, made just the way we ordered it. We went through the drive-through Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go back.

The crew n managers are amazing here...I had a issue n the fixed it no problem....great attitude n attention to detail....one of my favorite places to eat....thank you for such great service it's hard to find nowadays....
