If you are in need of an ENT, I highly recommend James. He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to find the root cause of issues. It's rare to find someone in healthcare that thinks outside of the box. The office staff is great too.

I enjoyed working with Dr. Vitale ENT, a few years ago but he does not take my insurance anymore so the office booked me with another doctor in the practice. Dr. Derbyshire told me to live with the hole in my ear, ie: by swimming laps, and swimming, daily with ear plugs, but wasn’t keen to patching it, said it won’t improve hearing. I explained I’m uncomfortable day and night currently with the hole, I hear clicking in that ear. He said there is no infection so there is no treatment. I drove over an hour to be told there’s nothing wrong but bad hearing in the ear with a hole. I’m frustrated and will find another doctor’s office to patch my ear (surgery) so I can swim without plugs or fear of infection. The office staff was nice. The office was clean. They got me an appointment in 2 weeks for my acute injury: at the time of calling for an appointment, the ear was infected, both ears actually, so I saw another doctor for meds until this appointment.

Dr. Derbyshire and all of his office staff are wonderful! They are all friendly, kind and listen to your concerns. Dr. Derbyshire is the BEST ENT DR. in Zephyrhills AND Wesley Chapel hands down. I had a lymph node operation on my left side of neck done on Sept. 14 and it went GREAT! His team at Dade City Hospital are Fantastic! Including Nurses, OR Staff and all the staff in the pre-op area and including Recovery Nurses. That whole area was the BEST with my procedure. From driving from land o lakes to zephyrhills it was a new driving path. There are many Ft Kings roads. It had a beautiful Christmas tree and the I was the 1st time at this facility. I really like Dr Derbyshire.

Dr Joseph Derbyshire and his team are the best! I would recommend them anytime. He listens to you and helps if he can and the team up front and in the back are excellent.

Dr. Derbyshire was fantastic. He immediately found the issue, had a plan to resolve it, and we were able to get the procedure done quickly. His staff are incredibly caring and kind. The post op follow-up exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

Wonderful first visit. The staff was kind and efficient and the doctor himself was thorough and attentive. After seeing another ENT and getting nowhere I finally felt like I am getting the care I need to alleviate my sinus and ear troubles. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Derbyshire is great! Very to the point and matter a fact and assesses everything all at once it’s wonderful! It’s a quick in and out and if I have questions their front desk staff is amazing and well informed on all and any questions if needed! 10/10

The wait was good. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, courteous, and willing to help. The lady doctor and the male doctor were amazing. I truly will recommend them to my friends and family members.

Have been using hearing aids for almost 50 years so have had the opportunity to visit and work with many Hearing specialists and especially enjoyed working with Dr Lindsey Kummerer of Vitale Institute. She helped myself understand the (ins&outs) adjustments (on cell phone) etc of my new aids OTICON (real) brand. She was patient understand and spent important time. Highly recommended and my Super Bowl party was enjoyed and I heard everything and everyone. Thanks
