First time at this particular resort at Clearwater. So far beautiful view, though not optimal (Gulf facing would have been great) but the 15th floor is quite a bonus view of the channel.

Beware! We were staying as a guest of an owner and was told there was a room open for early check-in for our 7 night 1 BR stay. However, once we declined timeshare presentation, we were assigned the worst room with bad smell facing the street/loud bar and told we now had to wait until 4 pm for check-in. We made the best of it! Location, cleanliness and pool area were wonderful.

Celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary over the weekend at this hotel, had a blast until I received a wedding gift from the hotel, not sure if this was intentionally sent to us or just a mistake but we were NOT happy. We received a Anniversary package from the hotel that included champagne 🍾 chocolate,nuts and strawberries 🍓We ate 1 strawberries and got the feeling to check both front and back of the other strawberries, The front of the strawberries looked amazing 👏🏾 however the back of the strawberries I wouldn't even give to a dog, it was rotten and started to mold. We drove over 2 hours to be at this location and was very disappointed at this. 10.25.2022 After contacting the number that was provided by the hotel (which was worthless) it was more of a headache contacting them to explain the issues I had during my stay. Will never waste my money 💰 at this hotel again. Uggghhh Customer service no longer exists at this hotel!

Stayed with a friend at their timeshare unit. It had a great view of the beach and sunset! Rooms and beds were comfortable! The people we saw at the front desk were pleasant and helpful!

Great place to stay for vacation. Right in the heart of Clearwater Beach entertainment - most within walking distance (Clearwater Beach not Clearwater itself.) Lots of great places to eat. Friendly staff. Pillows left a bit to be desired, but otherwise, very nice.

Loved our stay here! We had a 2 bedroom suite with living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and balcony. Plenty of space for our 7 family members. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. Will definitely be returning!

We was celebrating our 36th anniversary and enjoying the waters views. We love coming back to this resort you park your car and relax. This time we came in September with less vacationers and it was wonderful.

Rooms are nice. Pillows are bad and beds are not great. We were there on a Saturday night and the bar across the street was very loud. After Saturday night, things were much quieter and we fully enjoyed our trip.

Great hotel, excellent staff, and best location in clearwater beach. There is soooo much to do around. Shop's, restaurants, and many activities for the kids. My son loved the indoor surfing 🏄‍♀️ experience they had inside one of the surfstores close by. Great pizza in the next pizzeria is just off the corner of the hotel location.

I grew up in Florida, so going to Clearwater was not a big lure. Boy, was I wrong! A great place, within walking distance of good entertainment & great food. Good pools on site, & the views from the rooms are awesome. So glad we went. The only negative is the prices in the resort store. Bring what you need, or buy elsewhere.

Rooms are spacious, but furnishings are a bit uncomfortable, noise level is high, especially at night with live music playing over amplified until at least 1am. Some guests are obviously there to party, but we would have preferred the natural noise of the waves and less heavy loud music.

We had like an obstructed view room UNFORTUNATELY it wasn't listed as that. When we talked to the manager he kept referring to our room as a discounted room (cheap) unfortunately it wasn't cheap. The resort was nice and room was nice. Great location BUT we will never stay at this location again.

Excellent location. We are new owners. We went to the presentation, Scott Bleier was very informative, empathetic to the transfer process of a timeshare. He gave us the information we needed to begin using this wonderful program. The room is very spacious. Love having a mini kitchen and the laundry machines. The view of the gulf and intercostal is wonderful. The food at Dock is good. Service was commendable. Beach is clean and beautiful.

Our room was spectacular and the staff was quite helpful. The location made our trip memorable and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again!!

Since the beginning of booking our hotel to get the time share for Club Wyndham it took almost 1 year to get in. My husband got very ill for 8 weeks and got penalized a $75 fee for cancelling our first booking. We never got our money back for a severe illness. Finally got in in Jan 2023, to be put up at the Marriott resort in Clearwater. Had construction of pilings outside so never got to sleep in. Bought into the Club Wyndham after many promises. Two good salesman that stayed in touch with us until we cancelled on 9th workday as it takes 10 days to get out.Contacted the two managers Mike Levine and Jonathan Dablowski. I had to go through numerous emails and overnight mail to cancel. This took hours to do on my own. Now no-one called me back as no one cares. POOR customer service after you buy in--not even a congratulations after the day we bought in.Terrible Marriott hotel so we went home after poor service at hotel and loud noises outside our room from 7am-3pm. Never will I recommend this hotel for buying in to Club Wyndham. Like any other time share, can't get customer service and all I asked for is a phone call back from anyone.The only one that emailed me back is Mike Levine, not happy we cancelled in proper time, but he told me he cancelled by way of our email but got the incorrect address to send my signed form in to. This was all a sham and never will stay at Wyndham ever again or the Marriott in Clearwater or elsewhere. Hope others read this before booking a timeshare with them or their hotel.

We are Platinum Members and stay in their Presidential Reserve rooms. First class all the way. Great views from floor to ceiling windows.

My wife and I arrived early knowing the room would not b ready but we planned on using the facilities until the room was ready. We met Connie at the front desk and she briskly stated that our room was NOT ready. She then went on to say that she has yet to log into her computer and told us to sit in the lobby and come back in about 30-45 minutes when she would b able to give us wrist bands so we could use the facilities. A young girl at the next computer must have heard this and when Connie went into the back room this young girl handed us wrist bands that allowed us to go to the pool etc. I wish I had the name of that girl. We had a great day at the pool, we had a great server named Katie who couldn't have been nicer. About 4 pm we received our room key and went to our room, the key wouldn't work. I went back down minutes later to tell them that the key wouldn't work and was asked for my ID again. I said I was just there 5 minutes ago and I was given a new key. Went back upstairs and those keys also did not work so I called from a lobby phone. A different girl came up with different keys and they worked but I think this was done on purpose because this girl came prepared with some perks for free breakfast the next day which meant we would have to listen to a selling spree. I didn't appreciate that and made it clear we were not interested.

Very crowded. Room was ok, very modern but not my favorite for a Wyndham. View was ok, side of building . Pool was so crowded it was elbow to elbow. Beach was across a small street and numerous rows of cabanas and umbrellas to get to water. Definitely detracted from experience. Definitely not a peaceful relaxing place. Not one I would return to anytime soon, not because of Wyndham issues, just not the type of resort I enjoy on vacation.

I love coming here for a few days. Several months ago I lucked out n found a 2bd presidential on the owners side during July 1-5. It ended up being one of 2 and just the corner we wanted to be in for the festivities. Everything was perfect from the room to the customer service to the views and the 5 day experience! ❤️🙏🏼

This is our second visit to this timeshare location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom facing the sound side (not facing the pool). We love it here since it’s across the street from the beach with amazing views and the pool is great too.

We enjoyed our stay at the Club Wyndham Clearwater. We signed up for the 2 year Discovery program last year and was lucky to find an available room in August, which is hard to do. We loved the facility, pool/bar and beach. Only negative was their beds were too soft for me, which affected my back by the third night. Other than that, we loved our stay

We had a 2 bedroom deluxe. The view from the veranda was amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was no dining table rather just kitchen counter seating. Location is fantastic. Staff very friendly & attentive.

One of the nicest timeshares I've been to. Adult beverage at check in, friendly people (even the cleaning staff greeted us when we passed them coming in or out of the elevator). Right across from the beach, heated pool and generous sized hot tub. Restaurants and pier within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here

Everything that we experienced there on our stay was 5 star & beyond except for what we had to endure at the inside bar on the hotel side~The bartender was beyond rude, disrespectful, unprofessional~Having to pay a gratuity for services that were not rendered from a prejudicial bartender is not acceptable from me~I am a Wyndam owner & quite frankly we will never return to this location~She should have been fired on the spot~I reported her to the manager & he was apologetic~But if this is something that is tolerated by Wyndham, I seek out to sell my ownership & express my disgust, disappointment to no end~Anyone that works for my company would have been fired immediately~ By your response to my review that I posted, It's obvious that no one read it at all~This only confirms the lack of professionalism thru-out this company~Quite frankly, I am totally embarrassed to being a owner~Being a owner means nothing to Wyndam~As long as they get your money Wyndam could care less~It's time that they are held responsible for all their actions~~

Friendly, clean, welcoming. Excellent staff. Gorgeous east to west views to soak up the beauty and fun sunrise to sunset. Can't wait to come back!

Place is great, has a timeshare side and a hotel side (loved the timeshare side, but what is not to love about a Wyndham resort). Pool is decent size and really easy to get to the beach! Staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful! Haven't seen one with a frowny face yet. ;-) Parking garage (free on timeshare side, not sure the cost from the hotel side). Right near all kinds of good restaurants and things to do.

We are so happy to have stayed here and was miserable leaving. Five days were definitely not enough! This resort was perfect for our needs. The staff was so nice and accomodating. They were always ready to answer any questions and to make sure your stay was going great. The resort connects to Wyndham Grand so you have access to the pool, gym and spa as well as all restaurants. Difference is Club Wyndham has full kitchens and no direct room service link (front desk will connect you upon request). The resort is right in walking distance from many things, especially the beach. What a beautiful beach! The water was warm and clean. You can walk from the pool to the beach in 2 minutes, then come back and grab a drink at Dock's pool bar. The rooms were stunning. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. As a Wyndham member this is one of the best spots we stayed at so far!
