Lisa and Virginia are the kindest most thorough and detailed Ideal Image employees I’ve worked with in my time with the company in almost a decade. They took the time to squeeze me into their availability, were gentle, knowledgeable and professional. Even fun to talk to which I value for comfort given that laser hair removal can be painful. I started my laser hair removal process here about 10 weeks ago. I have had 2 treatments so far and they are absolutely amazing!! The front desk is very polite and cheerful. The technicians are super upbeat and very informative and thorough! I highly recommend! I am apart of their lifetime membership program and that saves you so much money on other procedures along with a free procedure! I booked my botox appointment and it normally would of cost me $300 it only cost me $178. It offers many other deals as well. I am very happy with this place!

I had the best experience with the entire staff! Virgina did filler in my marionette lines and I am so impressed! She was so gentle, I could hardly feel anything! She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The results are amazing. I look so much younger now. Definitely going back, and can't wait to try other treatments with her!

Been coming to this location for hair removal and Jessica was super accommodating and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout my whole session! The other staff were also nice and friendly, definitely would recommend!

They are definitely after your money. All they're concerned about is making that sale. So far it's been unprofessional. Update: I do like my service provider Samantha. She has made me feel a little less of just another number. My initial experience with whomever it was, was not great, but as I keep going back I'm getting a better experience overall.

I have thin upper lips so I got lip fillers, (I'm also in the middle of laser hair removal, totally worth it), but I didn't bruise AT ALL, or have weird marks or shapes! I love it! They were super caring and thoughtful throughout the whole process and did exactly what I wanted. The lady who helped me was amazing and went over the effects of the different kinds. I did about a syringe of Juvaderm and got a nice little plump. The pic is only 24hrs after and no make-up just a filter! 😜

Laurie Scott called me for my inquiry appointment, answered all my questions & more.. all while being bubbly and fun to talk with. She was down to earth & professional all at the same time. From the zoom consultation, to the scheduling , everyone was so helpful! Virginia was awesome! She was so knowledgeable and made my lips look amazing! I couldn’t be happier.

I have had about 6 sessions or so. Virgins is always so lovely to deal with! She makes the time go by quickly because the bikini area is not the most fun part and hurts. She always makes sure I have ice packs and aloe! Angie at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming. I have referred a friend and the consultation process was better for her than it was for my phone consult at the call center. 10/10 would recommend!

My first visit getting the laser hair on the lower half of my body. Jessica was not only welcoming, but she made an uncomfortable, awkward situation at ease. She talked to me the entire way through. I didn’t know what to expect getting laser hair removal with very intimate areas and I am so glad this experience was as great as it was. Jessica was the RNP that did my procedure and she is also sweet and very knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this location to everyone!

Great first experience! Angie was so welcoming when I walked in the doors which made me feel much more comfortable (I was very nervous to laser my legs, bikini area and underarms for the first time). Lisa was very informative and patient and talked me through the whole first half! She even gave me something to squeeze during the procedure since I was so nervous. Jessica did my legs and was so kind and easy to talk to! They even helped cater to my sensitive skin. Everyone at this office made the experience a breeze!

I love the Palm Harbor location. The staff is so sweet… and patient. Virginia is AMAZING! She takes the time to walk you through each step and is so encouraging. I did wax appointments for far too long- which also wasn’t that long. If you’re considering laser hair removal I can’t recommend it enough. I noticed a difference after the first treatment but after only having my third treatment today I am amazed at the difference.

This location has been absolutely amazing! The office is clean, the staff is efficient, i can always get an appointment scheduled quickly. I’ve had a couple sessions with Virginia and she has been so sweet and caring each time. I’ve noticed results since treatment one. 10/10 highly recommend! So happy i decided to go with ideal and even happier that the Palm Harbor location is the one closest to me.

Jessica I hope you get a chance to read this but I had the best experience with you, which is one of the many I’ve shared with the staff every time I go there. I’m always super anxious going in but nothing helps me more then a little pump up encouragement before the treatment. Jessica was definitely my mascot today. She took her time about how the process was going to be slightly different, how many sessions I have left to look forward too, before/after care, and progress with the treatment. The staff is always polite and well spoken. Quick and organized about setting up future dates with me and my over all experience for the time being. Thank you guys so much.

Johan is my tech and she is amazing, I have now requested her for all of my appointments. She is really amazing her customer service is top-notch and she cares about each and every one of her customers. She remembers your face and your situations and talks to you just like you're a member of her family. With service like this I'll keep coming back for more.

The office staff were so nice!!!!! Virginia was absolutely amazing!!!! I didn’t have the best experience with my first appointment in Georgia, and was dealing with some serious buyers remorse. This office totally changed that for me. They were so professional and kind! I’m very happy I was able to go here and get this treatment. Virginia was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and fun to talk to. Laser is a harder treatment for me because I hate getting burned. Virginia was willing to go slower with me while making sure she got every area. I’m so unbelievably happy with my results from this appointment and am in love with this office!

Excellent results. The really do what they say. No more hair for me. Excellent staff. I had some personal problems and one of the staff members notice I missed some appointments. It's been 8 month and I can see a difference on my upper lip. I have less hair and my confidence is higher. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I always look foward to get my laser hair removal with Sam, she is kind, professional and she always answers all my questions. She just makes the process fun. I think she is the best at what she is doing but the rest are also great. This place is definitely worth it.
