I found my dress at Fancy Frock in October 2021. Jen was amazing, attentive, and super helpful. She made sure I tried several silhouettes to find my shape and then gave me so many options to help find my style. She even came in on a Sunday! Her dresses are romantic, boho, and unique. I felt so special walking down the aisle in my dress and it fit my moutain venue perfectly! Jen always kept in touch with me regarding updates with shipping and even helped me find the perfect veil last minute. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really cares for her brides! Suni did a fantastic job with alterations as well. She is affordable but a master at her craft. One day, I tried my dress on after it was altered and noticed it was rolling under the boning which wasn't how it originally fit. I was lifting weights before the wedding and had to get the hip area taken out and she did it no questions asked! I couldn't have been happier and more comfortable in my dress!

What an absolutely incredible boutique and experience! From the moment we walked in through the doors, we were treated like royalty. Jen took her time to get to know not just what pictures of dresses I liked, but who I was as a bride and a person. She was invested in every step of my wedding and when we found "the dress," she made us feel like she was just as ecstatic as I was! I was recommended to check out Fancy Frock by a friend of mine who purchased her wedding dress here. She had nothing but great things to say and I see why. I walked in with some ideas in my head that I saw online and walked out with a dress that I am convinced was made for me. I could not be more happy and confident in my dress! I would not have been able to without the guidance of the wonderful owner Jen. She has loads of experience and helps you pick out a dress that is not only stunning and flattering for your body but also functional and comfortable. She thinks of the whole picture which is great when you get distracted by all the beautiful dresses. The environment of the store is intimate and focused on the bride, I felt very comfortable and I didn’t feel pressure or like I was being sold something, which is important when making big decisions. I recommend everyone to go to see Jen for wedding dresses!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely LOVED my experience with this shop. I worked with Jen and Sierra and they were both so kind and helpful. I went in never having tried on a wedding dress or really even knowing what kind of dress I wanted and they were able to find me some incredible dresses that were not only beautiful but made me feel beautiful. And ultimately helped me find THE dress for my big day. I really don’t think I could have gotten through this process so smoothly and stress free if I had gone to any other store! if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My winter wedding was absolutely beautiful, my bridesmaids looked beautiful with the gowns we purchased at the Fancy Frock as well as the fur cover ups to give it the full winter effect. I am a Dec 2022 bride who hadn’t even THOUGHT about my dress for months, and I was intimidated on where to start! But my friend/bridesmaid suggested The Fancy Frock to me because that’s where she got her dress from and I just knew I’d get lucky here! I wanted all the Boho/elegant/romantic vibes and Jen hit it OUT OF THE PARK! This is the first place I even went to to START looking and I found my dress the same day- unexpectedly but thankfully! Everyone was so patient with me and accommodating, I had no clue what I was doing lol! They work with you and really help get you to love the way you feel! Loved my experience!

I love how amiable the workers are and I was able to have their undivided attention and was able to find a beautiful wedding dress at this boutique. Great service. I went ahead and called ahead to be sure they could meet my budget to buy a wedding dress. The owner, Jen, was nice enough to work with me during a special end of the year deal they had in December. For my small budget I got a quality dress that definitely surprised me. I got a beautiful dress right in my budget. Thanks again, Jen! :)) I also came over a month later, and their seamstress also offers fair prices for any changes to the dress. Definitely recommend them!!

I had the most amazing dress shopping experience. Kim was so patient and caring, and pulled so many gorgeous dresses that I absolutely loved but wouldn’t have thought of for myself. In fact, she found THE dress for me and I am so in love with it. I can’t wait to get married in my dress!!! Amore Bridal Boutique has a truly beautiful and outstanding collection, it’s so easy to fall in love with multiple dresses! As a plus size bride, I was also impressed with the fact that I could try on all of the dresses I wanted to. I know Kim is also planning on expanding the size range in the future too, which is incredible. You won’t be sorry for trusting Kim and Amore Bridal Boutique!

I went to The Fancy Frock shop this afternoon as a walk in for alterations. There was one person ahead of me being attended to. I patiently sat and waited for my turn to be helped. I was met by the seamstress and told, "Go change." I had two dresses that required alterations and stated this before I even changed and was told it was ok. After my second fitting, the seamstress stated," Alright pick which one you want." I told her I wanted both. She stated,"You need to pick because now I have another customer waiting that I have to see. I have to take care of them." I was stunned at the rude manner in which it was said. I told her," It's ok. Go attend to the other customer. I'm fine." She could tell I was annoyed, but I wasn't going to argue as there are other places of business to go to. The customer that she attended to after me didn't have an appointment and were walk ins as well. She complained to other customers, while I was getting dressed, that she had been working from 0600 and was tired. I can respect someone who is hard working, but what I don't respect is how she made me feel. The worst thing to do to a customer is rush them and make them feel like they don't matter. Per your response, It is now my understanding that the seamstress is operating her business within The Fancy Frock Shop. I told the seamstress that I wanted both dresses. She was in a rush. I patiently waited to be seen by her and when it was my turn she was rushing me because another client, without an appointment, walked in the store. She only had one person after me; not several. I graciously bowed out because I was made uncomfortable with the way she treated me. She represents your brand even though she owns her own business. She operates inside of your business. Good customer service is crucial if one desires good recommendations and the business to prosper. This is an honest review of my encounter.

Absolutely love the newest owner, Kim. She is a true treasure. I had felt so defeated after visiting other shops and the chain stores. Then I found Amore. When I was there and the owner was consulting with me, I wasn’t so sure about trying on a particular dress, but she insisted with her expertise it would flatter me. I was sooo hesitant, but MY WORD!!! She KNOWS her stuff. I put the dress on and instantly cried and felt stunning. I just recently said yes to the dress at Amore Bridal!! I had the best, most magical experience finding my bridal gown here. I cannot recommend it enough.
