I think I've left a review about this location before, but today was again enough of a surprise that I'm leaving another. The store itself and the inventory is good. It's like any other ABC. The staff, however, are shockingly rude and downright surly. And I didn't even ask for assistance! I was merely checking out.

I have been shopping here every month with a large order each time for the past 4 years. Recently things have changed. The customer service is aweful and store manager Julie is rude. I now know why people have changed to shop at other stores.

Wells stocked liquor store that has exactly what I need everytime I have a need. Great knowledgeable friendly staff also to assist with any questions you may have.

ABC 138 Wesley Chapel, FL is the worst. A lot of racism from Leah store manager, Giovanni and Derek. It's a shame ABC let them get away with it. And in front of other customers. Remember ABC you are there for the customers not the employees. I spent at least $500 a week. I will be shopping at Total Wine from now on. Me and my friends. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

ABC in new Tampa has a great selection of adult beverages for your next party! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! Always sampling of great new products to try so swing bye have a taste and discover something new for your next adult gathering you'll thank me later! I always get great customer care here! Ask for Giovanni! He's fantastic at walking you to what you are looking for, suggesting new items and very knowledgeable about wine.

Great place and they match prices with the other wine place lol. Bigger store don't mean anything. ABC is much smaller but (to me) is much nicer shopping and more relaxing. And look for Giovanni floor Mng. Outstanding knowledge of all wine and spirits. Never let me and the wife down

This is my go to Liquor store in Wesley Chapel, there is a wide selection of craft beers and wines and they frequently have price drops on a lot of high end whiskey and bourbon. You can also earn points on purchases here. The staff are very helpful and always professional. There is also a wide selection of cigars!!

Whenever our gin-loving friend invites us over, I head to this store for a unique bottle as a gift. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help and answer questions. Their guidance ensures I make the perfect choice every time, making my shopping experience both pleasant and easy.

Excellent Store, easy parking great location, the staff are always helpful, same faces year round, the only problem I have is they run out of Amstel Light sometimes especially around the holidays, I end up having buy it at Publix

Well stocked store and the cashier was nice. The random employee I asked a question about however was very dismissive. I asked where something was, he pointed and said it was the bottom shelf over there. I couldn't tell which shelf he meant so I asked if he meant one aisle or the one next to it. He ignored me and a customer responded saying he thought it was a particular one. It's disappointing a customer wanted to help more than the staff.

Wouldn't sell me alcohol with a florida state I.D manager on shift was dark skinned lady with braids don't forget her attitude when checking ID

They have just about everything you need. Should add Effin 🍏 to the Vodka stock though. Prices are fair. Great place and helpful staff.

This is the nicest ABC I've ever been to. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The cashier was welcoming and funny too. I'll definitely be back.

Do NOT bother ordering online and paying because you think its faster. It's faster to go into the store, pick out your products and go through the line. I was ignored as i stood at the online pickup counter while all the people in line were checked out. After the the line was gone. I still had to shout, " Can someone hand me my order please?" before anyone came to help me. I won't make that mistake again. **** REPLY TO AUTO RESPONSE **** I probably shouldn't comment on a "canned" auto-response ... but I will. I'm not going to contact anyone else at ABC .... ABC has the information needed to fix the issue ... it's ABC's problem not mine. Customer oriented companies address the root causes of issues raised by their customers and fix their process'. Then respond to their customer feedback with the corrective action taken. ABC is missing opportunities for improvement. I recommend they look into ISO 9001:2015 certification

Love the staff here. They always know what I want, and have it ready at the counter when I arrive. Dealt with them for years, and always love their service.

Good store, you que can find a variety of different types of products.

Large selections of wines from different regions. Classics and new flavors. I love most there rating chart 1-9 Dry - Sweet so you know what you are tasting. I mainly like semi-sweets to sweet.

Clean store with a large selection. I am a craft beer guy and they have a great selection at reasonable prices.

The best ABC in the area and fantastic prices. As we've been long time customers, Giovanni is great at recommending wines and other things that fit our tastes. Great atmosphere and will continue supporting this establishment.

The staff is always friendly and do a good job of making themselves available to help locate or suggest items. The store itself is clean, well-lit with an easy access parking lot. They occasionally have tasting events or sample dates, as well.
