My
recent
experience
with
Bootcamp
UK
Bexleyheath
has
left
me
with
a
sense
of
responsibility
to
share
my
story
as
a
warning
to
others
considering
their
services.
Initially,
I
was
enticed
by
their
seemingly
irresistible
offer
of
£10
for
10
bootcamp
sessions,
an
ideal
kickstart
for
my
fitness
journey.
However,
as
my
sessions
neared
completion,
I
was
pressured
into
signing
a
commitment
based
membership,
a
decision
I
now
deeply
regret.
This
membership
forced
me
into
continuous
payments,
regardless
of
any
changes
in
my
financial
circumstances.
What
started
as
a
promising
deal
soon
turned
into
a
clear
bait-and-switch
maneuver.
Equally
concerning
was
how
they
handled
my
request
for
cancellation,
which
I
submitted
a
full
30
days
before
the
intended
termination
date.
Despite
providing
ample
notice
and
valid
reasons,
their
response
was
shockingly
dismissive
and
insisted
I
pay
to
completion
of
the
term
and
only
then,
may
I
terminate
the
contract.
It
became
evident
that
their
primary
concern
was
financial
gain,
rather
than
understanding
or
respecting
their
customers'
situations.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
it's
unfair
that
they
expect
payments
even
when
you
haven't
attended
a
single
session
throughout
the
entire
commitment
period.
This
policy
contradicts
the
very
principles
of
fairness
and
respect
that
should
underlie
any
customer-business
relationship.
For
potential
customers
contemplating
this
business,
I
urge
you
to
exercise
caution
and
approach
with
skepticism.
Take
the
time
to
meticulously
scrutinize
their
membership
terms,
particularly
those
related
to
termination,
payment
requirements,
and
how
they
handle
customer
interactions.
Businesses
should
operate
with
integrity,
compassion,
and
accountability.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
them
failed
to
uphold
these
values.
By
sharing
my
story,
I
hope
to
empower
others
to
make
informed
decisions
and
encourage
the
Bootcamp
to
reevaluate
their
practices.
(In
response
to
the
reply
from
the
business:
You
argue
that
a
commitment
period
is
unbreakable,
by
that
logic
I
suppose
the
idea
of
divorce
is
alien
to
you
then.
Marriage
is
a
commitment
period
for
life
and
even
that
has
fair
exit,
so
in
your
opinion,
one
party
should
be
bound
in
an
abusive
relationship
simply
because
it
suits
the
other
then.
Your
response
only
proves
my
point
about
the
kind
of
business
service
you
offer.
As
I
explained,
I
have
no
qualms
with
paying
debts,
what
matters
is
integrity
and
fairness,
which
you
lack.
I
have
paid
my
supposed
debt
simply
to
satisfy
my
peace
of
mind
but
I’ve
learned
my
lesson,
this
review
is
just
a
warning
to
others.
All
the
best.)
