Honestly, you need to come here to try the food. Service is efficient friendly and welcoming. Busy so expect to queue but well worth the wait ramen is fantastic bao buns were so tasty, fully banging. We had 2 rounds of food, it's like that.

I had the salmon poke bowl and was really impressed! I think it’s quite unusual to get Japanese food if this quality in the UK, however I’m used to eating a high standard of Japanese food when abroad. I was really pleasantly surprised by the standard. Highly recommend!

One of the best curry laksa I've ever tasted - very authentic and aromatic just like how it tastes in Malaysia/Singapore. Perfect bowl of comfort food during winter 😋 Highly recommend! Bubble tea was also great.

I found this spot by chance in a rather unassuming, unique location by the river and decided to pop in for a quick lunch. It shared the same building with various other shops and restaurants such as a cafe, sweet shop, butchers and fishmongers. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which is one of the classics in Japan, consisting of char siu pork with egg and some vegetables in a pork broth. The noodles were cooked well and had a nice bite to them. For a tonkotsu ramen, I would have preferred the broth to be thicker and meatier. It was slightly bland. But nevertheless, for only £9 and for a town like Lewes where the demand for Asian cuisine is supposedly still relatively low, it was far from bad - a very reasonable meal. I plan on returning to try the various other things on the menu, especially the sushi.

One of the better Ramen I've ever had. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. Also, staff is lovely.
