    I started coming to Kathryn’s classes a month or so ago. Not long into the sessions I feel a deep relaxation and by the end of the hour I feel fully relaxed and muscles rejuvenated. The difference before and after is quite amazing. The technique is slow and comes from within. It’s taught me I need to slow down and I am now aware of doing that outside of classes, and using what I’ve been taught at home. Kathryn takes time to adapt the postures to our individual needs and has a very calming voice which guides us through the meditative session. She has a wealth of knowledge and enjoys sharing it with us. Thank you very much 🙏

    Kathryn's classes & workshops are always gentle, subtle yet somatically impactful. In fact, in every way impactful. This is not about 'doing' yoga rather 'being'. I have practised with Kathryn for over 10 years. I do try others yet for me she embodies what yoga is about. To me, she is the wise elder of yoga. I am grateful she shares her vast experience and I can benefit. Thank you 🙏

    I have been attending Kathryn’s yoga classes for a very long time and cannot recommend her enough. She is a yoga Elder with so much knowledge and experience. I always feel uplifted and ready to face anything after attending class. Kathryn is so caring too - adapting poses/moves to suit the individual, making sure you are comfortable and able to get the most out of yoga, physically and mentally. Her easy, friendly personality just adds to a very rewarding experience.

    My yoga experience with Kathryn has been such a positive one. I’m learning much more about movement into poses and gaining confidence and understanding about myself and my yoga practice. I always feel relaxed after my class but with a feeling of achievement 🧘‍♀️

    Attending Kathryn’s class has helped me immensely with improved flexibility, balance and breathing. Through gentle focussed techniques pain in back and knees has been alleviated and I have been able to relax and sleep better. Kathryn made me feel welcome and apart of the group from the very beginning; she is an extremely knowledgeable teacher who is patient, adaptable and sensitive to individual needs. I would highly recommend.

    Kathryn was my very first yoga teacher and I have yet to find a better one. She gave me the confidence to try many different forms of yoga and was a life saver during lockdowns with her online classes. I would recommend anyone to Kathryn's classes, beginners and improvers alike - you will find a warm welcome and learn so much about yoga and yourself.

    I have been practicing yoga for many years, but didn't realise how much I was doing "wrong" until I came to Kathryn’s class. Kathryn is a compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher. I learn something new in every single class, and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. I would recommend Kathryn (Horsham Yoga) to absolutely anyone, and everyone.

    It has been a joy to return to Horsham Yoga with Kathryn at Friends Meeting House. Kathryn provides a safe place to go within, to follow the breath to connect with your true self. With a delightful mix of Qigong, gentle yoga and relaxation, Kathryn guides us to remain focused and enjoy being present in the here and now, the true essence of life itself!

    I joined Kathryn at Horsham Yoga to give myself a little ‘me’ time and to learn some techniques to slow down and be in the moment. I have found the class to be exactly what I was looking for and I always leave feeling much more relaxed and grounded. Kathryn has a wonderful way of teaching, she is a world of knowledge and always helps with individual needs and adaptations. I highly recommend Horsham Yoga - I wish I could go to class every day!

    I have enjoyed Yoga classes with Kathryn for many years now and highly recommend them. She is a very experienced teacher and always offers a good variety of types of yoga which has assisted me greatly with my agility and movement. Thank you very much for your care and support, Kathryn.

    Kathryn’s Saturday morning yoga class is something I really look forward to because I know I’ll relax and unwind. It’s a very freeing and heart centred mix of fluid postures, gently and skilfully guided by Kathryn. I can high recommend this class for anyone, whether you are new to yoga or not. You’ll love it!

    I love my classes at Horsham Yoga, after every class I am relaxed, my mind is still and I am aware that my joints are soft and mobile. The stiffness of my muscles has eased. Kathryn offers variations depending on personal choice or ability and uses the breath to deepen the benefits. By far the best yoga class I have attended. Highly recommended.

    I was recommended to Kathryn by a holistic therapist, and I can see why. From the outset I was warmly welcomed and the qigong class I joined was fabulous for easing my muscles and tension. After the hour was up, I did not want to stop. I felt inspired and very relaxed. Kathyn is very knowledgeable about the body and in the course of conversation she shares lots of helpful information. Its wonderfully reassuring to be guided by her in such a relaxed and caring way. I have since done a workshop with her which was very illuminating. I confess to being skeptical about using a ball to help me improve my well being - I could not have been more wrong! what fun, and so helpful to ease the aches I had in my lower back. Kathryn is helping me stretching my mind as well as my body! I have now adjusted my car driving seat posture and office chair, and am much more mindful how I walk and move my body to pick things up off the floor. Its been a real eye opener. I recommend Kathryn to anyone interested in improving their well being and she generously gives her first session for free. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    Kathryn’s Qigong classes are delicious! She is a compassionate and empathic teacher who gives time to exploring the movements and their connection to the breath. It is a gentle, mindful practice which promotes self awareness, allowing one to delve deeper into the felt sense in the body. At the end of the class I feel relaxed and calm. Brenda
