Really lovely place to stay. Our room was beautifully decorated . The bed was super comfy, fantastic nights sleep. Being on the High Street it is fantastically placed for The Old Town. Breakfast was very tasty, I had the vegetarian breakfast which was tasty and large. Coffee was good too. Highly recommended

Lovely building, beautifully decorated, in the old town. Our room faced the high street but it was still a quiet room. Bed so comfy I didn't want to get up, you could feel the high thread count. Huge bathroom. Amazing breakfast.

Lovely guest house in middle of Hastings old town. Room was spacious and comfy. Whole place looks newly refurbished and is very smart looking throughout. Very nice helpful lady met us on arrival as promised. Breakfast each morning was excellent - cooked on request and very tasty. Would recommend.

Lovely b&b in the heart of Old Town Hastings. Room was spacious and spotless and I really liked the decor. Breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful room, perfectly clean, comfortable cool bed. Staff are amazing, breakfast is superb. The perfect location for us and they own the pub next door that also does super food and great staff. Beautiful decor. Friendly owners and staff. When it came to eating there, I found them to be very accommodating and very knowledgeable with regard to special dietary requirements. The cost of the accommodation was very competitive. The location is very central in Old Town Hastings. Only drawback was no parking but 24-hour parking is only a short walk.

Couldn't fault our stay at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte and her team are clearly very passionate about delivering the absolute best to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy. The Old Town of Hastings is superb and this gem of a hotel, right on the high street, gives you all of the atmosphere on the doorstep and yet so quiet at night in the amazingly comfortable bed.
