After a botched prescription from Boots, resulting in a waste of time and money, i approached Hill Vision hoping for some advice regarding the prescription I got and to find out what the issue was. Amit was kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help with my issue, even though there was no immediate financial incentive for him to do so. After taking his time to find out what was wrong with my prescription, I enquired about a reglaze, and was explained the options. I decided to go ahead, and had the new lenses on my frames the very next day! The new lenses are prefect! Amazing service from Amit, will only be using him from now on and will be sure to recommend him.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I had a frightening experience with my eye a couple of years ago and my usual Optician couldn’t fit me in. They suggested going to an independent in the high street. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease and Amit explained everything he was doing with a friendly and calming manner. I’ve since swapped to Hill Vision and would not go back to my old optician again. Other members of my family have changed to Hill Vision too. Thoroughly recommend them!

Amersham is lucky to have such a diligent and professional in our community. The practice is modern, staff very friendly and the equipment is totally up to date. The examination was thorough and the optician took the time to explain the findings and I left totally reassured. Thank you.

Decided I wanted a better experience than the normal high street opticians seem to offer, so visited this independent and I was pleased with the result. The eye test felt very thorough and I felt the store owner was knowledgeable and up to date with the latest equipment and he was friendly and easy to chat to about my eye needs during the examination. Choosing frames was also easy - there may not be quite as many to choose from - I am not sure... but it was an easy and quick process as I soon found two pairs which were both fashionable and suited me. Again the owner was very helpful with advise on lenses to choose and frames. I was very pleased with the finished items. The glass used in the lenses was superior to any I have had before and was crystal clear. I went back a week later for a few minor adjustment and to get an old pair from another supplier tightened and again the same friendly, helpful, local service - very pleased!

I attended Hills vision Amersham for routine eye check up for myself and Miosmart myopia assessment for my 8 year old daughter. Mr Amit, proprietor was very welcoming and professional throughout our consultation. Hills vision Centre has all the necessary diagnostic machinery as well as sound clinical practice which is essential to cater for routine as well as emergency ophthalmic assessment. I strongly recommend this place for the local community and beyond.
