few
issues,
which
is
disappointing
as
dive
shops
are
few
and
far
between
and
i'm
all
for
supporting
small
independent
shops
!
Dropped
off
an
OC1
dive
watch
which
prior
to
the
battery
running
out
a
couple
of
years
ago
worked
fine;
since
the
battery
dying
the
watch
was
left
in
bedside
draw
for
all
2020
due
to
COVID!
-
then
it's
taken
into
SDC
for
new
battery
only
to
suddenly
now
be
leaking
after
THEY
put
a
new
battery
in!
Oceanic
only
offering
a
discount
on
a
replacement
as
not
in
warranty.
Went
to
pick
up
from
the
shop
as
can't
afford
to
buy
a
new
watch
at
£4-500
even
with
a
discount,
the
experience
from
'computer
says
no"
assistant
in
SDC
was
astonishing
-
firstly
SDC
don't
accept
Apple
Pay
-
coming
a
distance
(finishing
work
early
to
do
so)
to
pick
up
my
watch
is
a
real
inconvenience,
'SO'
-
not
our
problem
response
really
annoys
customers
-
if
this
has
always
been
the
case
surely
you
should
let
people
know
this?
a
sign
perhaps
?
Then
whilst
expressing
my
dissatisfaction
the
assistant
casually
turns
her
back
and
answers
the
phone.
When
she
did
bother
to
come
back
it
was
reluctantly.
As
i'd
decided
to
just
use
the
watch
for
every
day
wear
now
I
thought
thats
fine,
but
NO
the
time
doesn't
stay
on
the
face
as
it's
now
got
a
gliche.
In
just
15
minutes
I
was
reminded
of
how
some
dive
shops
used
treat
people
in
the
90's
(when
i
started
diving)
-
with
contempt
unless
you
were
buying
the
most
expensive
stuff
and
was
in
their
'club'
