If I could, I’d award ten stars for service well beyond the norm. I live in Devon but visited the store in Borehamwood a couple of weeks ago and bought several plastic drawer storage units. Cheryl insisted on helping us fit them into our car which was extremely useful as it was a bit of a tight fit! Unfortunately when I unloaded them at our son’s house I discovered that some of the plastic was broken so, without any quibbling, Cheryl gave us a partial refund. A replacement wasn’t possible as this item was being discontinued. The problems continued because, when back in Devon, I began to use the drawers and found that there were no casters! To cut a long story short, after considerable effort and research, Cheryl sourced some casters online and posted them to me. They fit perfectly! Thank you so much Cheryl. I am extremely grateful.

I always enjoy visiting this store. They have a great variety of products to choose from. Tracy, the staff member who assisted me today was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though I forgot my club card, she explained that she could still add my points by providing my name and postcode. The store is well-organized, and I always find what I need. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and product selection.

Good product range but poor stock management and on line purchase system
