UPDATE:
The
totally
lame
response
to
my
review
speaks
volumes.
Totally
inept.
As
detailed
by
another
reviewer,
the
store
was
randomly
closed
for
staff
to
enjoy
a
50th
Anniversary
Celebration.
I
checked
on
the
website
before
setting
off
and
it
clearly
says
open
10am-4pm
on
Sundays.
I
called
ahead
just
to
check
-
no
answer
and
no
message
to
say
closed.
We
made
a
30
minute
trip
in
30
degrees
heat
to
be
told
by
a
nice
young
man
we
had
wasted
our
time.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
store
manager
and
a
pleasant
lady
advised
us
we
could
pop
in
but
there
would
not
be
anyone
to
help
us
-which
was
fine
with
us.
A
lovely
showroom
consultant
Ricky
Tang
offered
to
show
us
around
and
even
offered
us
some
drinks
which
we
refused
as
it
was
not
our
event.
We
saw
quite
a
few
things
we
liked
in
the
time
we
were
there
and
will
revisit
with
an
appointment.
However,
word
of
warning,
the
store
manager
a
Mr
Harpreet
Sehmi,
was
incredibly
full
of
himself.
This
event
he
said
was
last
minute
(even
thought
they
had
50
years
notice!)
and
he
had
no
apology
or
regret
for
not
updating
the
website
or
an
answerphone
message
and
wasting
our
time.
As
we
walked
out
after
our
15
minute
walk
round
he
made
a
snarky
comment
to
his
mates/family
within
our
earshot
trying
to
impress
them.
How
sad
for
such
a
premium
brand
to
have
this
chap
as
a
store
manager.
Obviously
out
of
his
depth
in
terms
of
customer
service.
The
nice
young
man
who
greeted
us
on
arrival
said
he
had
turned
away
at
least
10
customers
that
day.
Very
disrespectful
of
customers
reflecting
poor
leadership.
Lovely
showroom
and
products
-
badly
let
down
by
a
terrible
showroom
manager.
I
feel
for
the
staff.
