We bought an olive tree in last week’s auction. When we arrived to pick it up it had gone. We reported this to the Gaze staff. To our amazement they said they would replace it immediately from a local nursery. We picked up our new tree the following day. This is service above and beyond the norm. Avoid this auction house if you cannot retrieve the purchased item yourself. Their shipping partner is providing an appalling service (still waiting for an item to be shipped one month after the auction) and is expensive (twice the price than most other UK auction houses).

My first visit here to have items valued for auction. Plenty of parking space, very helpful staff, enjoyed my visit.
