We stayed in a very small three bed caravan. It’s the smallest one we have ever had and we go to park dean resorts all the time. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Blue coats really do a great job here and they are great with the kids- special mention for Loria here - our girls loved her. Our kids had a great time doing pottery painting and other activities. Food is lovely, but there was practically no one here when we arrived and atmosphere is somewhat lacking. Not sure we would return but had a nice weekend break .

Well what can I say Our holiday started as a nightmare which was through no fault of us or Manor Park. No one can predict the weather or how much mud and chaos the rain can cause. But through one fantastic friendly determined lady on reception. We were moved to different accommodation which was absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic site with everything you could need. Close to shops and beach. Would highly recommend and will return.

Overall a good place for an inexpensive break, there isn't that much here only a park and the evening entertainment at the showbar and indoor swimming pool which is quite small, but is in a good general location. Having so many bar staff is quite pointless, I'd suggest getting rid of two of them. E.g there are 5 staff members behind the bar tonight, but they are only using 1 out of 3 tills. It was same yesterday also. So one person is taking orders and then 4 people are standing around. For the length of the queue tonight one lady just stood in the corner doing nothing, then got herself a drink and then disappeared and chatted to staff in the shop also. We had hot chocolates last night which are good. Tonight we were told when asked (bearing in mind there are 5 staff members behind the bar) "we haven't turned the coffee machine on". It is one of those automatic machines that makes coffees and hot chocolates and just takes a few minutes to warm up. Sitting here another 30 mins later and they still haven't turned it on, they could have just said we would turn it on and bring it to you in a few minutes, but I suppose they couldn't be bothered.

A nice site! Very easy to find and a great location for a gentle stroll to the beach front. We were only there for 2 nights due to visiting friends who live in Hunstanton so for us it was just a case of a quick walk with the dog to the beach then off to visit friends. However it was Halloween weekend & we could see what a great time all the little ones were having in the restaurant area & bar - think they had a little disco for them so plenty of amenities for families to occupy to themselves.

Excellent caravan really luxurious heating was excellent was a very comfortable stay . Perfect location. Nightime entertainment was what you expect from a holiday camp children are kept entertained which leads to happy parents. Would definitely recommend.

Staying at family's new home in the park. Caravan they bought recently was very comfortable and cosy. Only used, reception, show bar and Saturday's entertainment for a few hours and Abi May the singer was very good. No shop which was a bit odd, but guess they couldn't compete with Tesco's nearby. Clean and tidy camp.

For a quiet family holiday, manor was lovely. Restaurant food was delicious and the park and club were well kept. Drinks at the bar were a little pricey and booking the pool was difficult as it booked up very fast in advance. Staff were great.

Absolutely fab resort! Can't fault the service. We had issues the first night we arrived and within the hour all was fixed and sorted. Very welcoming and perfect location to walk to the beachfront. 10/10
