Just started using the body kitchen a week ago. I wanted to stop eating ‘meal deals’ from the supermarket every day at work and replace it with something healthy. I was not disappointed! Not only do I feel better for eating better food but it tastes so bloody good! I tried a variety of meals recommended by Lewis rather than pick what I thought I would prefer, and they have all been amazing. The salmon and rice or the chickpea curry has to be my favourite to date. I have already placed an order for another 10 meals for the next 2 weeks at work. Would highly recommend

An absolute brilliant service with very high quality, fresh nutritious and delicious meals delivered to your door. The menu shows the macro breakdown for those who are have specific goals related to muscle gain or weight loss. Luckily they have a great range of vegan and vegetarian options but a Special thank you to Lewis went above and beyond with his level of service creating additional vegan options to cater for my plant based diet! I’ve been receiving these meals for the last few weeks and have chosen the keto menu. I have found the food to be fantastic. I’ve enjoyed all my meals and there is a wide variety so I’m not getting bored with my selections. You can tell it’s freshly prepared with good quality ingredients. The team are fantastic and will bend over backwards to get any issues resolved. I’ve had a couple of problems with DPD and the team at Body Kitchen have been very helpful. I’ve signed up for 3 months and intend to continue with them long term.

This meal prep delivery service is undoubtedly the best in the UK. The food consistently arrives tasting fresh and clean, free of added sugar, salt, preservatives, and any other unnecessary additives. Throughout the past year The Body Kitchen has been my absolute go to for my meals. I cannot put into words how perfect the experience has been. From fast delivery, excellent customer service from their team to fresh and tasty ingredients. Great variety of meals to choose from to so you can never get bored of the normal repetitive meals. Mediocre food, all packaged in plastic and with a 4 week minimum lock-in. I should have bailed when I saw the lock in but I wasn't expecting to be stuck with 3 weeks of food I don't want to eat.
