This is a favourite place of mine to visit in stratford-upon-avon. The ice cream is always very nice! It's more expensive this time than I remember it to be, approximately £10 for 2 ice creams. It did make a nice treat.

Overall good for gelato. I got the Snickers flavour and enjoyed it. Portion size was good. Mint flavour wasn't as good and cookie ice cream sandwich was a bit hard.

Exceptional ice cream! Such interesting and yummy flavours…you will not be disappointed. The team are really passionate about what they are creating and this really shows in the end product. Amazing ice-cream, lovely team and excellent service!

Visited this lovely place on Tuesday 12th April 2022... As always great experience. The staff are fantastic. The 2 girls who served us were so polite and attaintive. We took ages to order as we couldn't make up our minds. Tes & Scones were Ace 😋... Definitely recommend this place to all. Lovely treats here. Rather disappointed the crepes were cold. Much prefer them warm. Staff were lovely though.

Good vegan gelato, quite a few flavors. Biscoff and chocolate were good, but not super strong. Great service.

Fantastic vegan gelato and many sorbet options as well. The vegan chocolate and caramel biscuit were so good! Love that they have vegan waffle cones as well.

This is low-key a spot. Right on the Highstreet, spacious inside, accommodate dogs and friendly for toddlers with a space for them to play. Staff is friendly and efficient, would work on a cuing system. The selection of ice creams is niiiice but it’s all about the cute lil garden at the back. Recommend it

Good place but lousy service. I dont know why! because they were very nice and welcoming with the costumers before me and although they served them they took some time to decide who would serve me ?!!! Also I noticed that they give the customers before me thier orders and then asked them to pay but me!!!! When I told my order they asked me to pay first then they asked me to wait near the door and gave me different than what I wanted and at the end I had a stomach ache! All the time I was nice and smiling! The only answer for all this I think because I am wearing hijab .

Gorgeous ice cream, so many flavours to choose from. I settled with a scoop of the cherry and a scoop of the lemon drizzle. Both were lovely. Had to queue to get in, but the ice cream didn't disappoint, so it was worth it.

Queue was long , but didn’t mind that . Took my mum today 14/10/23 around 4pm as she had not been well so thought we’d have a little walk and an ice cream . So we ordered 2 waffles with ice cream , sauce & whipped cream . Sat down & waited about 15-20 minutes before I went to investigate where are desserts were . I said excuse me to one of the girls and was totally ignored , so popped around to the little kitchen area where my order was clearly sat on the side . The girl said ‘oh yes I was just about to bring them out’ another girl literally bought them to the table , slammed them down without a single word , she was extremely rude . It goes without saying the waffles were cold . Today it appeared there was some training taking place so maybe this was the reason for the slow and unfriendly service . I shall not go in again , it was really disappointing . The staff need to be trained in customer service skills or the customers will choose somewhere else to spend their money. I did look around for someone in charge/manager to voice this with them , but no-one around , so had to put my experience on here instead .

Was really busy as it was a Saturday during half term but we managed to get a seat, so much selection it was hard to choose just one thing to eat, then when the two scoops arrived I assumed it was for a different table because the serving was so big. Great value. Most importantly the service was fast and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, I had to ask for Gluten Free when ordering via the app and someone came over to discuss the allergy information with me and made me feel confident that I didn't have to worry. Would definitely recommend.

Took grandkids in there. They loved it but said there was too much choice. I had coffee which was a nice blend. My daughter had Earl Grey tea. So catered for everyone. Will visit again if in Stratford.

Fantastic gelateria if you have children. There’s a playing area at the back of the room with toys suitable for 1-4 year olds. Great if your little ones are in the pushchair quite a lot walking around the town and you want to let them spend some energy. The gelato is good too. Good portions.

Really nice ice cream first and foremost. Friendly service. Boosts extra seating upstairs and a garden area. Had about 12 vegam flavours too.. mango sorbet 💯 peach and pineapple yoghurt with salted caramel (pictured)

Took awhile to be served, even though we were second in the que. Customers in front being served, but the other 3 servers, seemed to ignore us. Taste test for Chocolate ice cream and Lime sorbet, was disappointing. We decided for price it was not worth it so did not buy.

Always a treat, and upstairs is amazing as well as the back courtyard. However there takeaway system / order system is a bit chaotic due to the main downstairs always been over full with unruly children and very squished. Have witnessed a few incidents of children running into staff (while carrying hot items etc) and other customers and management haven't challenged the parents regarding the child's behaviour. This isn't the staffs fault but feels like there should be more from the staff the remind parents they and their children aren't the only ones there and should stay seated or by their table. More for safety then anything.

Customers service is disregarded, at least for foreigners. The table next to ours is cleaned for nationals, our looks like in the pictures after 45 min at the table.

Waffles and ice cream. What's not to love. Personal fave galato is their mint choc chip but all their chocolate ones are amazing !!! Flavours can change seasonally too with fun Halloween ones ect. Great place, very family friendly. Always lovely staff.

Service is friendly, but very slow (it seems they only had one working crepe/waffle machine). Worse though, they were incredibly stingy with the toppings. Ordered a waffle with “fresh strawberries” - it had a single (!) strawberry cut up into thin slices drizzled on it. That’s really a joke and not worth the 7£ or so you pay for it.

We visited here today with our toddler & had a great time. The ice cream was delicious & portion sizes extremely generous. Our toddler managed to drop her ice cream on the floor while we were sat at a table, the owner came over & asked what ice cream it was she had & replaced it! We didn’t ask for a replacement, but she went out of her way to do this & we really appreciate her going out of her way with this act of kindness. This is a very family friendly place & we will definitely be visiting here again

We have been here many, many times because, well ,frankly the ice cream is heavenly, but this weekend tops it all. We chose to have my daughters birthday party here. It was perfect. The girls had THE BEST DAY their words, not mine! Booking was easy, everyone I spoke with was super helpful. Service on the day was outstanding, thank you Nicole. We will be back very soon to try your tasty Halloween specials.
