Sevenoaks bookshop is a great shop, it has a lovely atmosphere and I think the workers are really helpful. I’ve never eaten from the café but I have definitely bought the books. The children’s books offer a wide range of good authors and I know parents whose children love some of the books they have bought from here. I would like to highlight the history book’s especially, they are really good, great authors, good books, wide range of topics. I think if you want books in Sevenoaks this is the place to go. Lovely workers and atmosphere!

A great local bookshop , a friendly welcome, a calm cafe with fun window displays! You can get help and on a range of genres, from children's or adult fiction to works by writers in translation. My family have been buying books here since we moved to the area 23 years ago.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good selection and great to be able to have a local supplier. Always a pleasure.

During the COVID mania, my wife and I decided to help out a small business in a different part of the world (because I'm a little nuts). These lovely people were gracious enough to have me purchase a few books, and went out of their way to ship it internationally to the USA. It was a heartwarming experience. If I am blessed one day to visit England, I'll be sure to stop by the bookshop.

I ordered 'Real Life' by Brandon Taylor from Sevenoaks for online delivery - it came in less than 2 working days and in great condition! Delivery was cheaper/the same as most online bookstores I've used in the past. Would definitely recommend placing your order here instead of using one of the bigger chains!

Love love love this shop. It is such a haven in Sevenoaks and the new children's section is exactly what a children's bookshop should be like. We ordered some books to click and collect in lockdown. Really easy to do online and the books were available to collect the next day. Super service and can't wait for you to reopen!

A wonderful independent bookshop with welcoming,helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have a very efficient system for ordering books. They also have an area with a few tables set aside for serving hot and cold drinks which, with homemade cakes too, makes for an extremely pleasurable shopping experience!

This is a treasure in our High Street. My children love visiting the bookshop and I enjoy drinking a cup of coffee. The bookshop is not.an ordinary one, they organise a literary festival and last year I met Axel Scheffler. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very good at recommending books.

The atmosphere of the bookshop is amazing- the displays are always so pretty and the inside is brilliantly decorated, with a fantastic variety of books and weekly activities going on. The staff are always lovely, inviting and very helpful and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have such a brilliant bookshop nearby!

Gets loads of awards and plaudits, so when a relative who loves books visited we had to go.. He loved it, the little notes above a lot of the books with notes and reviews was great, really nice touch... When I was in there two people went up to staff members and asked about a book title and the staff on both occasions knew the book and helped them. Very rare in any shop today... Very well done... Best book shop in Sevenoaks!!! Oh and the little cafe with free water on a tray very nice...

Popped in for a first visit. Daughter loved it. Just a very nice venue that’s a retreat from the hurly burly. Spotless. The cafe was a nice treat. Will visit again.

Great bookshop with delightful selection of books. There are books for a wide range of ages from Children to Adults. Highly recommended.
