Comfortable room Although unfortunately prices have risen massively as with everything else, friendly and helpful staff and an ideal Brands Hatch!

Very low score due to the kitchen being closed, I stayed at the Premier Inn because the pub is onsite so after a 10 hour day driving around all I want is some pub grub and then bed.

Stayed here for the week. Ok so it’s not the latest premier inn you would expect it is dated wasn’t able to charge our mobile phones and watches at the side of the bed had to take turns using the sockets where the desk is it was a pain but the hotel was clean the room was clean and the staff at reception was very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough they always had a smile on their faces and was very friendly to chat too. So the staff make this hotel 5*.

Stayed here for the night. It's a premier inn, they're all pretty much the same. The hotel itself is feeling a bit tied and in need of a refresh. Elements in the room, heater scratched and damaged, Air Con didn't seem to work, extractor fan on the wall seemed to be really old and was damaged, finally the TV was very small for the size of the room. But with all of that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

HORRIBLE NIGHT. I was itching all night at Gravesend A2 Singlewell. kept turning over and waking up scratching my arms and legs. Itching was from the bed-sheet as had irritating skin lying on it. I claimed on Premier Inn Sleep Guarantee but was declined! Lady at hotel reception said I could claim for the issue i assume was bedbugs and gave me a reference number to contact customer services. funnily enough the claim was disallowed even though i raised it the day after the stay - but the Guarantee says you have to file the claim within 7 days. But I did - so the Premier Inn Sleep Guarantee is not valid - for me. A disappointing and unfair experience.

Excellent stop over location. Outstanding staff, friendly, welcoming and considerate.

Have stayed in premier inns before but thus was the worst Bed was the worst no bedside units used tables Bathroom was broken around the bottom of panel Toilet cistern top was broken Right next to door of people coming through noisy people above us I think I was awake more then I was as sleep never again

Friendly and polite receptionist. Rooms a little tired looking especially the bathroom. Room clean and spacious, TV a little small.

Friendly lady at reception and enough(free) parking space for cars. But the bed was horrible. Woke up with a sour back. The matras was totally worn out and bed was squeaking the whole time. I do not understand that they still use this old mattresses. They also do not provide a breakfast.

Staff polite and helpful, rooms as usual set up well and handy as just off the A2. Pub by the Premier Inn is fine and menu steady and fair priced. All I need when travelling around the UK Working and uses Premier Inn/Travelodge.

staying at the hotel was great and the bed was fantastic. The mattress was the most comfortable that I have ever slept on over my 71 years. I meant to take the sheet and mattress cover off to see if it had a comfort rating so I could try and find one for my bed at home. Sadly, I forgot!!!!!

Was informed on website that breakfast was included when they didn't even do breakfast. Or any other meals. Despite having a pub on site.

Utterly friendly staff willing to help at all times clean tidy ! 2 days Sat £ Sun £140 Strongly recommended

The kettle kept tripping out the electric but was soon sorted by the staff. Heating would not work properly again the staff were on it and saved the day. Staff were very helpful

I’m a disabled lady who broke down this afternoon and managed to get my car to the hotel car park, even tho I wasn’t staying are booked in I went to the reception and explained to the lady what has happened and that I was waiting for the RAC she couldn’t of been any nicer even offered me and my mum a drink while we was waiting. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it

Super friendly staff but the room although clean was a bit dated and need of some reinvestment. Convenient next to highway and pub next door. 3.5 stars would be appropriate.

Staff very helpful and friendly, made the stay very pleasant. The rooms are in need of a little TLC and renew, as is looking rather tired in several ways. Don't get me wrong, our room was clean and we would stay again.

I love a premier Inn usually but not the branch. Shabby and worn , this place needs bringing up to the same standard as most of the other branches I use . It's cheap ( bonus ) but it's cheap for a reason.

The staff were excellent, especially Michelle, Debbie & Bella, they were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was good, very comfortable bed. I will definitely stay again.

I was greeted in my room by a dirty used tissue between my bed and the other 🤮The room I stayed in needs updating, cracks in the corners of the walls and the window needs resealing.

A bit outdated hotel, very simple and basic. Not too bad for a night stay. Was surprised about cleanliness! More higher ranked hotels could learn a thing or two. Room was spotless in terms of cleanliness, but lacking of improvement on other things. Like example: few light bulbs were missing on bed side tables 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great people, really polite and welcoming, good basic food

This was my first stay at this hotel and I was disappointed that breakfast is not available there or at the nearby pub. The room was very hot, but an electric fan was provided which helped. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
