Hi This is my second stay, Staff… ALL the staff I have encountered, Shane , JELENA, night porter, and some of the cleaning team, each and everyone of them have been so friendly and helpful. Rooms The two rooms I have stayed in have been large , fresh and very clean . The beds are comfy, linen and towels fresh and clean . Tea coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate etc all in place , Good size tv . Bathrooms Clean and good size , Both rooms had excellent powerful showers . Lounge/Breakfast area . Clean tidy ,nice place to relax. Breakfast, hit and tasty Outside decking area. Nice place to sit and relax on a hot day. THERES ALSO DISABLED ACCESS TO THE REAR. Car park. Situated to the side and then to the rear . I will be returning again.. THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND THE TEAM WHI WORK HERE ARE A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL. 👍👍👍👍👍

Be advised. This hotel is no more. It is now being run by the Home Office and used to house those who arrive by boat, mostly young men.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was freshly cooked. Would definitely stay again

Great sized rooms very clean reasonably priced breakfast included. Bar with massive tv downstairs near reception. Will stay again.

We visited the Granby Hotel last night (04.12.21) for a meal. After parking in the Granby’s dedicated parking to the rear, we proceeded to the dinning room and was greeted by the front of house. After being taken to our table we were serviced by very friendly staff. The ambiance in the room is very tranquil. We had starters, main course and desserts. Each course was truly a 10/10. The chef is truly amazing! We will be returning!

Stayed here to use a buyagift voucher. The hotel was easy to find and the car park of a reasonable size. Check in was fast and simple. The room was a nice size and the bathroom more than adequate. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast on offer was a light cooked version, being eggs on toast, beans on toast or both on toast or toast and preserves. Cereal, yogurts etc. were also available. It was a bit noisy during the night with other guests returning, but the hotel cannot be held responsible for that.

I'm not saying the Room wasn't lovely, the room was great. The major problem I noticed was the owners/management leave just 1 person per shift to look after the whole hotel. They don't even offer a proper cooked breakfast because of this, so if you like microwave beans and microwave egg on toast for breakfast then these are your current options. Management need to to have a few staff on shift for health and safety purposes at all times. Leaving one person to do everything is ridiculous especially for the price you charge of around £70+ you'd expect a proper breakfast from a B&B spending this much.

Good room in Lodge 3, they deal with any complaints rapidly, clean and tidy. Breakfast very basic, fresh coffee, orange juice, cereals, choose how your eggs are cooked, plenty of baked beans. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good place to stay if you have a job near by. Big car park, but can get full. Enjoyed the brief stay.

Excellent service for all the staff, they cannot do to much to help. your stay will be very relaxing and enjoyable. I keep coming back and I will be back next year as well

Lovely room and staff polite and helpful, hotel and room beautifully clean. Only complaint was the shower, very difficult to regulate temperature and way to hot for me plus couldn't get plug out of sink!!

Friendly staff. I was here for 5 days and the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were so nice and ready to assist every time. Breakfast was good every day and I felt at home.

Brilliant for staying away for work. No air con but they do have fans in the rooms. Good pub just across the road.

Great little hotel tidy and spacious rooms, bright and clean, only issue was the shower was wayy to hot from min to max and had very little pressure.

All very nice hotel, bed a bit to hard, lovely patio, breakfast utter chaos 45 minutes to get our breakfast

Clean, good car park. The staff where helpfull always there to help breakfast was very good, highly recommend

Staff are so friendly. Breakfast was good. Just the room was a tad too small, bathroom too. Hardly anyway to put toiletries. All in all I’d always go back though. Parking spaces at the back.
