A bit tired. Booked by my company - 2 nights including breakfast. On check in they tried to charge additionally for the breakfast although my confirmation clearly stated included. The next morning the Beefeater was closed so no breakfast. Was told that I would be refunded but nothing appeared to date in my account. Sort it out please!!

A Beefeater pub/restaurant with a recently updated menu and friendly helpful staff. The food was of the usual good standard I have come to expect from the place. Not cordon bleu, but nor are the prices!

Hotel was fine (as most premier inns are). The room was clean and tidy, quiet, the bed was comfy and there was air con (!). The hotel is feeling a bit tired though and needs some TLC - there is peeling paint around, the TVs aren't very good, the power sockets are inconsistent and our room in particular felt like it was designed to have a sofa in too but had been removed, leaving a massive space which just felt odd!

Nice hotel with a nice adjoining restaurant. Rooms always clean and what you would expect and the staff are friendly and nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area as its location is also ideal.

Standard Premier Inn but rooms could definitely do with a refresh. Quiet and AC in good, working condition. The Beefeater next door was delicious but very busy. Friendly staff and free parking. Walls need an urgent repaint!! That and few broken switches/ lights ruined the overall impression a little.

OK. The air con was really good as it as hot weather so we appreciated that. Rooms are basic but clean.

The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The big disappointment came when we had our breakfast the following day. It was disgusting to say the least. I have experienced this issue at multiple locations of premier inn where their breakfast is usually served in adjacent restaurants like beefeater etc I made a decision never to book breakfast ever again. You can get much better quality breakfast outside for a little more money.

Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .

Only visited The parking for both the hotel and pub is a nightmare with the registration process a hassle and the reputation and thus a worry of any visitor that the parking enforcement company send out tickets despite either a vehicle has been parked correctly or even someone doing a 3 point turn in front of the entrance and not on the property being sent a ticket Get rid of the parking nightmare and you will have happier customers that you did in the old days You can still take enforcement proceedings against people that dump vehicles etc but at present the only inconvenience is to the customers you want

The staff at Swanley were excellent especially Loiusa, very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but there was only one chair in the room. We took one up from reception area. Why are all hotels replacing all showers for fixed overhead showers? Not ideal for women so can only assume that a man made that decision! The location was perfect for why we were there but would not suit everyone as surrounded by very busy roads. The restaurant staff were excellent but the food was poor. I guess you get what you've paid for!

The rooms were clean and fresh looking, although my husband had to wait awhile for his order to be taken at breakfast I've still given 5 stars, the waitresses were lovely and friendly, and the full English 🍽πŸ₯“πŸ³πŸ§‡πŸ„πŸ…πŸ§† was yummy πŸ˜‹ xx

The is probably best described as 'ok' we were staying whilst attending a wedding. We popped in to check in and drop bags at 2.52pm but were told we needed to wait 8 minutes until 3pm or pay Β£10 early check in fee to cover the 8 minutes - it's all a bit ridiculous really! The rooms are fine though

My partner and I booked into the Premier Inn online weeks ago for an event at brans hatch. We arrived at the hotel at 1900 to find out they had given our room to someone else . They put us in a room that was disgusting broken furniture and the shower was rubbish. I have stayed in many Premier inns and this has got to be the worst. The food at the beefeater was very expensive the food was just threw on the plate and portions were rubbish Tables were dirty for ages even tho not very busy .

Booked a 2 night stay, the room was okay apart from the pounding from the upstairs room. The beefeater attached to the hotel refused to serve us as we didn't have a reservation. Absolutely ludicrous, very disappointed

Premier Inn awanley is a nice but out dated stay. It is reasonable if you are wanting somewhere to just spend the night however dont bother with the TV. The remotes are non responsive and although the lights are plentiful, they are just too bright to use as nightlights for youngsters. Much prefer the purple lights behind the beds on more modern Premier Inn hotels. The staff were friendly and although the beefeater next door being closed due to technical issues is not their fault, I feel we could have been better advised upon arrival. Notably all the doors use an old out of date swipe key card instead of the usual contact less key cards seen in more modern Premier inns

Not great, stayed here last night in room 111. There was loud music all night into the early hours of 3:30am from another room. I called reception to check it out, called them again afterwards to be told they can't hear it, they came to my room and heard it and just said it must be travelling from the vents. I understand the guy on reception couldn't do an awful lot and he was very polite but I didn't sleep well and a good night's sleep certainly was not had.

Just booked in, talk about basically furnished room, double bed and office type chair. Asked the receptionist why there was no settee or comfy chairs in room that's the standard for a double room (wrong) stayed in the Premier Inn for years and never had this. The receptionist then said the manager is aware of this and more furniture is being ordered.....You can carry that chair from the reception area if you want 'Not My job to carry furniture around' I said. So lay on the bed it is☹️

Go here on a regular basis and usually everything is good, however on our last visit they mixed up our rooms and the receptionist couldn't speak English at all well and didn't want to help. We had to threaten to speak to the manager before she could be arsed to do anything. Our problem was eventually sorted out by a gentleman on reception the next day.

A very comfortable room. The bed was gorgeous, I had a lovely sleep.Very clean, and lots of space. Definitely would go again, and would recommend Premier Inn to anyone who needs a bit of luxury when on business or in my case a wedding at the local golf course.Breakfast was delish, and you can eat as much or as little as you want to.

It's a Premier Inn - you get what you expect. There's nothing around at all, no shops so come well stocked up! Good points: ample free parking available and an adjacent Beefeater. As always, decent sized rooms with plenty of mains sockets and an integral USB charging point. Also, air conditioning in room.

Met my friend in the restaurant as we hadn't seen each other for 3 year's due to the pandemic. We used to use this place regularly. I was surprised that if we did not register our car number plate we could be fined £100. Don't know why they have intrudced that as the place is quite isolated. I had a burger and chips and I was disappointed with it as the burger was very thin and greasy. The chips wete fine. My friend had a vegan burger which she did not eat as she didn't like it. Normally we would complain but on this occasion we decided against this as we had lots to catch up on which was far more important than waiting for our meals to be rectified. Service up to the usual standard as was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Normally I would give a full five stars 🌟 but this time not. I will still use this restaurant and try a different meal off the menu.

Enjoyed our stay for sure. Nice and friendly environment 😊. If I hadn't been to another branch (Orpington) where the rooms feel modern, spacious and more comfortable I would have given this a 5 star.

Nice clean room, comfy big bed, lovely breakfasts, but bathroom was a bit cold & uninviting after a 12 hour shift.

Really Bad : no room service, staff that IS not available or trained... (Impossible to have an electronic bill for example !) My room (223) has a Big Electronic default causing a loid noise... And nobody seems to really Care.

Room clean and tidy and staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I arrived at the hotel just before 7pm to be told that the restaurant kitchens were knocking off at 7 on a Sunday.

Good easy night stay only reason for rating is because the night I was ment to stay I got a bacterial infection and ended up in hospital most of the night so only had about 5 hours sleep in hotel room before having to leave no fault of the Premier Inn. Rooms are nice and easy stay. Only thing I don't like is the big price difference from booking 2 weeks in advance to just one week in advance just to sleep in a bed.

Stay for a few nights as I was going to a Wedding nearby. Expensive but worth it to spend a great weekend with friends. Vending machine for drinks not working so had to buy next door at Beefeater which l found very expensive for two bottles of water Β£4.80! Evening Meal and breakfast was nice, slow service in the evening but was busy.

We had a great stay here. It's standard Premier Inn, I've not had a bad one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. The Beafeater restaurant was great. Breakfast and evening meals were really good. Plenty of parking. Would be nice to have an EV charging point but plenty of local chargers.

Bathroom grubby. Had 5g Internet outside door, nothing inside, but they do offer a premium WiFi. Most premier inns are like this, I'm convinced it's done on purpose as I have no issues in any other hotel chains. Car park has a break-in at least once a week. My colleagues van was broken into on first night along with some others. Dodgy area.

Just stayed 8 nights at the Swanley Premier Inn. Great stay...beds superb and staff helpful and friendly. Got a wonderful night's sleep throughout stay. A particular thank you to Jade who helped ensure i got booked into room of choice. Ate 3 times at the restaurant. Lovely pleasant staff and good value meals. Would thoroughly recommend Swanley Premier Inn....Will def stay again.

The hotel itself is a slightly above average Premier Inn with really friendly helpful staff. The restaurant on the other hand is a complete and utter shambles. Closing early randomly, advertise breakfast from 6.30 but rarely able to order and receive before 7.00. one day I walked in there and there was only the chef, he was outstanding and when I told him my circumstances and had to leave the hotel by 6.50 to get to my destination on time he sat me down took my order and returned with my breakfast quickly. If you had a few more staff with his work ethic and hospitality skills I would be returning with my colleagues for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately you have lost my faith and we shall not be returning here.

Best Premier Inn so far! Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with enough ventilation and easy to set heating when required. Everything in the room was working and the hotel was very quiet. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were very attentive and there was no waiting to be served. Excellent vending machine that lifts the products for collection so no need to bend down. Very well designed! WIFI throughout. Kid-friendly.
