Comfortable clean modern room with fully equipped kitchenette, modern clean bathroom, smart TV and a two minute walk to the seafront. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Very Good space, we had room 105 - ground floor - handy as we are older, good there is no window in the bedroom space but there is one in the kitchen area. Everything you need in the kitchen, grateful for washing up liquid and J cloth. All very clean. Could do with a bedside light... We used the reserved parking - good no searching for spaces. We found there was always someone on the helpline/text line - very helpful. It wasn't cheap but did everything it promised. Great Yarmouth OYO very close to beach - Pier etc ...

OYO means On Your Own and that's what you get. It's well organised with PINs that grant you access to the building/your room sent on the day of your trip. We've stayed here a few times now when in town for gigs and never had a problem.

Very nice for a short stay. Location is perfect. No storage in room, some very noisy floor boards and no window in our room. It did have a skylight in the kitchenette area but had to have lights on at any time of the day to see. It did however have amazing aircon and in the UK thats definitely a luxury. Also no lock on bathroom. The guy there that (i think) runs it it really nice. Very helpful, and recieved a text message every day asking if I needed anything. The main thing that is needed is an airer to hang some wet clothes and towels. The hotel is also very wheelchair friendly and easy to move wheelchair around. Stayed just myself and disabled teenage son and felt very safe inside. Overall very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Positives far outweigh any negatives, prices was also very good especially for August. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed for a cheeky get away for the weekend. We love staying here as it's a great location for everything we need. I am disabled and was catered for brilliantly. The manager is amazing. Thanks for another amazing stay.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The rooms are clean and well looked after. The managers or owners kept in contact throughout our stay and we extended our stay at short notice. They accommodated our every request and were kind caring and considerate the whole time. Tea and coffee were supplied which isnt normally in apartments. We will definitely book again next year! Thank you. It was lovely.

Accessible room was spacious, with wetroom shower and seat. The only issue was you have to book a disabled access room via the central booking number. They reported having line issues that day so I had to call back and forth several times between them and the hotel directly in order to make the booking which took over an hour! When able to speak directly with the hotel they were very nice. It would be great if this hotel could have an online option to request an accessible room - even if that required a call back from the hotel to confirm requirements. Otherwise a comfortable stay close to seafront, restaurants and bars.

It's in a great location, a short walk to the beach and good places to eat. I loved the small kitchen area which was very convenient with small kids. The bed was clean and comfortable. Problems; The toilet seat was loose and didn't flush very well. There was no mat on the bathroom floor, so it would get very wet and messy very quickly, so we had to put towels down to stop the shower water going everywhere I also found out thay they did not clean on short stay, we were there for 2 nights and with kids coming back from the beach, the room was full of sand, if they even hoovered once for us it would have made the stay more comfortable.

All as described, location perfect for fun and an active time. Clean room and comfortable and everything you needed. Room quite warm and 3rd floor is lots of steps.

Just got back from a week away here. It surpassed my expectations. I had a standard double. It was really clean and modern, just like the pictures. Plenty of hot water, great kitchen/dining area and fridge (no ice compartment) it was well equipped with utensils (enough for exact occupants) with towels, tea towel, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth. Tea and coffee/milk. Flat TV, NETFLIX and internet. It even had a fan and USB charging sockets. Just a short stroll to the beach and pier. The prebooked car park was over the road too. We stayed with a five year old and would book again.

This place was amazing! Lots of room in the studio! Will definitely be coming back in the summer when the weather is hot! So close to the beach! 3 min walk to the pier (if that honestly). 100% recommend.

The room was large and clean with a decent kitchen (which we didn't use) and a large bathroom with great shower. We did see one staff member who was very polite. The location was amazing - in the centre of everything and the price amazing which allowed us to enjoy the bars and restaurants.

If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate. Couldn’t fault this accommodation, the room we had was clean, warm and comfortable. Excellently located for the city centre and seafront. Management staff are brilliant and communication was via text message but was excellent. would definitely book again and recommend.

Good location, rooms clean, modern deco, self contain studio flat! Excellent, efficient and easy to check in/out, plenty of information from OYO regarding entry codes, point of contact info provided via text, in case of any issues. Shower warm not hot. Double beds are too small for a couple and soft, I could definitely feels the springs. Otherwise excellent room services/facilities. The hallway needs a touch up, both flooring and painting not in a terrible state at all, however compared to the quality of the rooms it's looks shabby. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, with easy access to the town , food, pier. The rooms were clean and the managing staff I spoke to over the phone and on text were very helpful. It's great how this self service check in and hotel stay worked. Get in touch with the hotel , not the call centre when you book. Parking was on street with a £3 a day permit. I found a space just outside the hotel in zone A. Rooms were clean. There are no lifts but it's only one flight of stairs. Will book again..

Great room great location. Rooms are modern clean warm great shower and facilities in the room. Microwave fridge, sofa was not good though. Sit down for a bit and you sink into it Apart from that excellent room will book again.

Lovely clean apartments with a handy kitchen and comfortable beds. The manager was really helpful with any requests and checked our stay was satisfactory throughout. Couldn’t fault it at all. Great value for money as well.

I wish that I had known about this place before. Scrupulously clean and perfectly situated for the shops and the beach. The manager was extremely helpful and a very pleasant man. I will definitely visit this accommodation again when planning a holiday. The price was very reasonable too. I couldn't ask for more.

We absolutely loved it here. 5 minutes from the sea front, shops and restaurants. We manged to park right outside. The apartment was clean, modern, well furnished and the code entry system was very good. Paul the manager was very friendly and helpful. Highy recommended, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location but quiet, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped small kitchen. The staff we came across were very nice and friendly. The manager was so kind to keep our trolleys for a few hours. Recommended.
