I
have
been
training
with
Fitness
Lab
for
the
past
6
months
-
and
the
experience
has
been
consistently
excellent!
1)
The
founders
(Brett,
Sandra,
and
Jack)
are
very
hands-on
and
focused
on
ensuring
a
great
customer
experience,
starting
from
the
sign-up
process,
through
to
the
choice
of
personal
trainer,
and
the
quality
of
the
ongoing
training
sessions.
They
have
also
created
a
warm
and
friendly
atmosphere
in
the
gym
(special
bonus
that
Indi,
the
gym's
very
friendly
dog,
is
there
most
days
to
welcome
us!)
2)
My
trainer
Matt
is
outstanding
at
what
he
does.
He
has
created
a
tailored
training
program
to
help
build
my
strength
and
tone
my
muscles.
Every
session
I've
had
(with
Matt
and
previous
trainer
Tom)
has
been
both
challenging
and
fun.
My
biggest
worry
when
I
first
signed
up
with
Fitness
Lab
is
-
as
with
my
previous
gym
/
exercise
practice,
I
would
start,
go
for
a
few
sessions,
and
give
up
after
a
few
weeks.
I
am
now
six
months
in...
and
still
very
much
enjoying
going
to
Fitness
Lab
2-3x
a
week.
And
yes,
I
am
(slowly
but
surely
:-)
)
progressing
towards
my
fitness
goals
-

3)
Scheduling
is
quite
flexible,
which
is
very
helpful.
I
really
appreciate
how
the
trainers
work
seamlessly
as
a
team
-
in
the
few
instances
where
I
have
had
a
late
change
of
schedule
and
Matt
is
not
available,
he
has
been
able
to
pull
on
his
team
of
fellow
trainers
to
give
me
the
same
great
training
experience
-
thank
you
Max
and
Patrick!
4)
The
facilities
are
modern,
clean
and
tidy.
The
"personal
pods"
are
wonderful
and
unique
-
I
really
appreciate
the
privacy
and
convenience
of
having
my
own
space
while
training.
