It's so refreshing to deal with a holiday rentals portal that actually delivers on its customer service promises both from a guest and host point of view. We have all been frustrated by the remote and unhelpful attitudes of some of the big name sites if one requires advice or support so to find this site with thousands of rentals worldwide ,and still offering great support, is amazing. As an owner renting out my property, I find the platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I also like direct payments option that has recently been introduced, making it much easier to communicate with guests!

I used Clickstay for the first time recently, staying in an apartment in Luz, Portugal. The whole experience was great and we were so pleased with the apartment, both location wise and the apartment itself. It was HUGE and the most well stocked holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We had the appartment for just two of us, but with two very large double rooms, plus room for foldaway beds, it easily slept 6 if required. I will 100% use Clickstay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 2 at El Barranco resort in Tenerife. It was a wonderful villa, with three bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Only negative was the air conditioning was not working during our stay, but we were advised this would be fixed for the next group of guests. The area was amazing, and the villa is literally five minutes was to the coast. There are amazing restaurants nearby, and plenty to do for families. Clickstay were fantastic and I would definitely use them for future holidays, in fact I have already been checking out their properties in Croatia for next summer!

I recently visited a villa in South Tenerife with Clickstay at the El Barranco resort. The villa was well situated within walking distance to the front and local shops, it was clean and modern and had all the facilities needed for a family holiday. It currently has two pools available with six planned for completion next year. I'd definitely recommend. Four stars because it is currently under some renovation, I'm sure once it is all complete it will be five stars!

We took my disabled brother for what will be his last holiday abroad. The first villa was one level but had 16 stone steps to the property with no ground floor access. After discussing with clickstay it was sorted very quickly and we're moved to a lovely ground floor villa close to the sea and prom. I would like to thank them so much for a speedy solution. Highly recommended.
