I had booked a cab with a different company, they cancelled last minute, then I searched on Google and I called A1 Walton taxi and the guy come on time and he rescued me to euston station and I catched my train on time and he was friendly n polite driver and the fare was reasonable price , I would definitely recommend my family and friends to use this company. P.S by the way the guy on the phone the controller Ali was friendly and helpful.

This taxi company is so good, the drivers are so nice and I’ve been using this company for almost 6 years and every time I’ve used there service it’s been tremendous.

I won't recommend this people at all. They charge more than any other taxi company in the area. They are rude and you cannot rely on them . I used this Taxi drivers 3 times now and I definitely won't use them any more. First time they charged me £7 to go to the station, when normally is £5. His excuse was that petrol prices are increasing. Second time, the taxi driver arrived 30 minutes delay and in result I missed my Dr appointment. Third time was even worse, the driver was charging me over the top and then he tried to negotiate the over-price. We argue and in the end he force me to pay the excess. It was very frustrating as you know the rates and you know they are taking advantage. Additionally the smell of the cabs are not very appealing and even in winter you will have to open the windows. Check around for other taxi companies in the area and avoid to yourself a really bad experience with this people.

Quick, responsive and reliable. A bit pricy, but work three good service at short notice. I needed a lift to the airport, the taxi ordered via an online value taxi platform had failed to show up. A1 sent a driver to me immediately, it took him less than 10mins to arrive and I ended up at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The driver was very cordial and friendly. Will use again.

Arranged an airport transfer with A1 Walton Taxis. We agreed a transfer price of £80 over the phone. I had to wait at the meeting point for 30minutes, then when I came to pay on arrival he insisted on £95. I should have gone with Uber and only paid £70. Very annoyed with these people.

AVOID!!! Save yourself the trouble and go to Uber direct as that’s how the function their “business”.. Prebooked and prepaid for a few taxis, which turned up an hour late. When they did arrive, they had sent two UBERS and therefore would not take all members of our party. Continuously lied to by the manager on the night and when I called to complain. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I booked a car for 07.45 at 08.10 they still hadn't arrived. We had prepay to ensure that they would turn up and they didn't. This then caused us to miss our train. Totally disgusting company DO NOT USE THEM!!

Reasonable prices and brilliant taxi service. If your going to need a private taxi A1 Walton taxi is the place to go and use drivers are all kind and speak 2 different languages cars are very comfortable and luxurious highly recommend to use this service

I had to use the taxi service today for a nursery drop off and the journey of 10 minutes only including the return trip was at a discounted cost of £14 instead of 15. The driver was professional and pleaseant and arrived earlier for my requested time but I couldn't say this is affordable.
