Me and my wife cannot speak highly enough of the shop. Jo was fantastic, she helped us pick our rings, went through all the different options. She guided us but let us make the decisions on what we wanted. She was really friendly and this helped us when we were making these important choices and we never felt like she was pushing us to get the most expensive rings. The quality is great and we didn't have to wait long between ordering the rings and them being made. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful shop. Bought my fiancées engagement ring from here and Jo was great and made me feel at ease. She talked me through options and let me swap stones to suit. A little later than planned we have just collected our wedding bands which we also purchased from Jo and Akram. Service again was great and couldn't fault. Great relaxed atmosphere and a breath of fresh air amongst some of the older jewelers elsewhere in the Laines.

From a casual stroll through the lanes of Brighton, my partner and I were just window browsing. As is common with the shops in the lanes, particularly jewellers, we were spotted by Jo who was dressing a window display. While my partner was guessing incorrectly at the ring I was pointing at, Jo instantly knew which ring it was and pointed at it. She then came out and asked us if we would like to come in and have a look at lots more similar. We did and with the gentle, non-pushy influence of Jo and her colleague Arkhan (sorry if the spelling is wrong). We collected the rings within the estimated time and we've had a fantastic experience. Totally recommend this business.

Jo has such an eye for things and works to help you choose something that works with other rings you may already wear. We went in looking for a ring and came out having remodelled, upgraded and restyled two rings we had. The service offered including having the alterations done on the same day. Picked up a custom made ring today. It's exactly as I imagined it, which I am ecstatic about. They have been so helpful and friendly throughout the process, and they've cleaned my wedding band until it sparkled like new (it's over 20y old!). Excellent jewellers, will purchase from them again.

Visited this morning to look for a silver bracelet. I have a large wrist but they immediately showed me a varied selection. After choosing one it was taken along with my own bracelet and polished. The bracelet is beautiful.

We feel so lucky that we came across Venus Diamond when we went to Brighton to look for our wedding rings. We were just looking in the window when Jo popped her head out the door to see if we needed any help. Can’t thank Venus Diamond, and especially Jo, enough. We got engaged right at the start of pandemic/lockdowns which scuppered our initial ring shopping plans. Stumbled across this place in the Lanes on one of our first ‘day trips’ out. Jo and the team are so helpful and were more than happy to accommodate requests for alterations or making your vision a reality. We had a wedding band especially made to fit with my engagement ring and Jo really cared in making sure we were happy with it and that we had it in time for the wedding (with various lockdowns to contend with!). There’s was no hard sell and they really cared that you were happy with what was produced. We absolutely love our set - will definitely be popping our head in to say ‘hi’ whenever we’re in Brighton!

Have received brilliant service from venus diamonds. My daughter is plus size and not had good experiences from high street jewellers for her wedding ring. Venus diamonds helped her find her dream ring and made her feel really special. Beautiful jewelry at reasonoable prices. Would highly recommend, and for repairs too.

Venus diamond was an excellent experience Me and my (now) wife got our rings here both wedding and engagement We did have some issues with a stone coming out of the engagement ring, but they very kindly fixed it entirely for free and with time to spare for our wedding They were never pushy or try to upsell - instead that sat down and took the time to help my wife choose a ring that she liked despite not normally wearing jewellery I honestly cannot recommend them enough - genuinely nice and caring jewelry store

I picked up this gorgeous ring today which was made specifically for me and to say I'm delighted with it would be an understatement. The service I received was nothing short of amazing. Both Erkan and Jo went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and nothing was too much trouble and the end result is an absolutely stunning ring.
