Abusive operations manager. Accidental run aground near here in a boat and a member of staff rudely threaten to call the coastguard and police. Also did not understand a simple rule of 2m. She was very sarcastic and rude

Truly unique. I photographed a wedding and the entire weekend was magical. Staff were excellent and yes it's a bit more pricey but you are on an island and it's difficult to get to so expect to pay a bit more and be prepared to have your creature comforts if your hosts don't provide them. Just a nice slice of everything and nothing all at the same time. Make it what you want. I thought it was great!

We stayed on Osea Island for a photo shoot and, as well as being an amazing location to shoot on, our stay was extremely comfortable and made the whole week a breeze. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and all the crew were very happy. Gather & Feast caterers were A+ as well. Would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for an island escape.

Beautiful, relaxing, lovely rustic accommodation, wonderful staff. Driving the cause way is a little bumpy but worth the views

Highly recommended for small or large groups. We had six families spread over the Chapel and a couple of cottages for New Years Eve. The accommodation is really well appointed and the island is great fun to explore on foot or by bike. Osea is easy to get to from London and driving over the Causeway during low tide was really exciting.

Stayed at The Manor House for my 50th birthday celebration. Beautiful decor throughout with comfortable four poster beds. We visited the island in November and enjoyed the scenic views but would love to visit in the summer and enjoy the huge sea water swimming pool. Fabulous place for a large gathering and very much hope to come back.

We visited Osea for a birthday weekend and it exceeded all expectations. We stayed in Beehive which was a gorgeous cottage, warm, super comfortable and with a lovely bath. We loved the free bikes that are dotted around the island, the children swam in the Estuary and the stars at night were epic. Food and drink was provided by on site caterers and was delicious. It was a really special weekend - that none of us will forget 😊

This exceeded expectations. We took 38 co-workers out of London for a retreat, it's a magical place, utterly divine. The accommodation was perfect, the setting idyllic and we hope to be back soon.

Incredible experience on our own private island for a company offsite. Inspirational venue, impeccable service with no job too big or too small. A slice of paradise just a couple of hours from London.

Fantastic venue on an exclusive island with lots to explore. Decor of venues is gorgeous and you feel in real luxury with 4 poster beds, bathroom decor and so much more. Free bikes to explore the island is a great touch and their caterer suppliers are excellent. We look forward to not only returning again for work purposes and team retreat purposes but also to recommend Osea Island to our clients. Gem of a hideaway!

Amazing, unique place with great facilities - bar, cinema, pool, very comfy beds! Great for a long weekend as so close to London.

Loved it! The cinema, games room, bar, walks, incredible water views, landscape and fresh air. All an hour and half from our home in London. Thank you Osea.

What a way to see in the New Year. Games rooms for the teens, cinema space for the younger children and a living space able to accommodate 5 families. We stayed at Chapels and a couple of additional houses in the village, it was all immaculate. Crossing onto the island is a brilliant adventure in itself. It’s just stunning, we walked, used the bikes, the kids ran free and were completely safe at all times. Plus many amazing seating areas to stop and truly enjoy the island. It’s just the dream!

Group of 16 ladies weekend away, we hired both the chapel and laurels property and both where extremely well equipped with everything you could need and the most comfortable beds. Super professional and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Driving the causeway was exciting and added to the whole experience of leaving the hustle and bustle of life and enjoying the tranquil and peace of this amazing island. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning with the family.

Loved our short stay on Osea!! It’s a beautiful and unique setting and the accommodation is spot on. We were there for NYE with a large group of families. There were 15 people staying in the combined Chapels houses and it still felt spacious and had everything we needed. We were given access to the cinema room too which was ideal to entertain the kids. Really hope to be back one day!

Awesome event island in the River Blackwell Estuary. Available for exclusive use, this place has accommodation and event space for every kind of function. The island is only accessible by car twice a day a low tide, as the tide drops the track suddenly starts to appear and you have a limited time to get across and back again. This would make an awesome wedding venue, or a venue for your next team away day/weekend. Plenty of activities available on site including bike hire and fishing, there are fire pits, bonfires, outdoor bars . . Awesome fun can be had here and the staff are really flexible and creative, coming up with great ideas and solutions to make every event a success.

Stayed here a few years ago for a wedding. Friend hired the island, the place is awesome. The experience starts as you make your drive across when the tide is out - i remember saying it's like a scene from the film "The Woman in Black" only to be told - it was filmed here lol The island is very peaceful - you are on your own and if you are looking for a break from the world - this is certainly it. I wasn't aware that you could hire just a room for the night so shall be investigating going back.

Osea Island is an absolutely unique venue for a quiet getaway or to host an event. The island has a large range of different properties to stay in, which have all been recently refurbished to a high standard. The staff are all friendly, helpful and dedicated to making your visit or trip the very best it can be. There are a number of island activities you can participate in depending on the time of year, or visit resident donkeys Salt and Pepper. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Osea Island.
