I am updating my review as it has been 3 years since I reviewed Bubble Tea Cafe. Bubble Tea Cafe continues to be the cost effective bubble tea place around. The large size bubble tea is bigger than any place else and cost about the same price (you get way more tea at this place). The rewards program is the best out there with by six get one free. I can not speak highly enough of Tina and Ruby who are amazing, kind, thoughtful and treat us like family. I have been going here at least three times a week for years and the quality has always been phenomenal. The bubbles are the perfect consistency and the tea and flavoring is great. They have so many choices that you are sure to find something that works for you. They not only have great bubble tea but also make fruit smoothies and cookies as well. I absolutely love this place!

We tried the passionfruit green tea and Thai tea with soy milk, both teas were delicious! Love that there are nondairy milk options, nowhere else offers that so we come back almost weekly. Great service, generous amount of tea for the price, and lots of boba!! They will also fill your cup if you bring your own!

This is a more classic bubble tea place in Rockville. The owners were very friendly too! I had the milkshake which you can choose up to 3 different flavors to mix. The price of the drinks already include boba. The largest size is 32 oz which is about the size of a large McDonald’s soft drink cup. The bubble milkshake was good! They sell some snacks and other drinks as well. Seating inside is available.

Hands-down the best bubble tea place in the area!! The flavors and sweetness levels are just perfect. Highly recommend the taro and mango flavors, but you can't go wrong with any of their flavors.

Fine fine fine smoothies. Got me a thai one with lychee jelly and bubbles. The lady at the register was very kind and the place had a very personal feel to it. If you need a bubble smoothie... THIS IS THE PLACE (My bad on taking the picture AFTER I drank it, but let that speak for itself)

Simple service and happy with it. The place is a small little local store with a name is straight forward for anyone to understand. Black Tea Bubble Tea: Surprisingly, there wasn't as much sugar as I thought. The tapioka and all was good and tasted great. No complains at all, good for sigar hit. I'ed recommend stipping by if you need some bubble tea in your life.

Excellent little bubble tea shop in the Rockville area. The service was outstanding. I ordered Thai milk tea and it tastes so good. Definitely recommend this place.

Great tasting Smoothie and Milkshake every time. I always get the large size 32 oz. Excellent value for the amount you get. Same lady makes my drink, so the quality is always consistent. I like to try to mix different flavors. You can mix up to 3 and they have a lot to choose from.

Really nice owner. Cute shop. Great drinks. Come here for a refreshment after shopping. I can definitely recommend the peach tea w/ mango popping bubbles.

My first time trying Boba - they were very kind and helped me decide the perfect flavors for my visiting Dad and I. Very cool watching how they prepare and seal the drink. I highly recommend- it was a wonderful experience.

This is the best place EVER, the bubble tea tastes amazing and wayyy better than anywhere else I have tried. I come back here wayyyy to often it is SO AMAZING!

great service. loved the boba, a little too sweet for me but still amazing. the boba pearls were nice and chewy, and the watermelon milk tea was delicious. the person that worked there was super kind to me, and overall, I had a great experience. I also really recommend this place, especially if you love boba tea or are new to it.

Balls are as soft as a baby's cheeks. Really soft. Excellent tea flavor. WHAT A BARGAIN!

Was looking for something like bubble cafe, got this shop. Many varieties of toppings, also they can mix multiple flavors. I took papaya and mango milkshake, my sister got coconut one with lychee popping bubble. Awesome test . Thanks

Solid bubble tea in the DC area - good selection of flavors, nice quality, great basics like taro. It's possible to request less sugar if you are picky, like me. Take advantage of the buy-6-get-one-free card if you are a repeat customer.

Before trying this place out, I checked the reviews... and let me tell you this, they were right! This boba place is probably the best one around. I'm very pleased about both the price and quality of my drink. The elderly lady was also very kind! I got myself Taro smoothie with boba as it seems like it's one of the best go-to.

Customer service was amazing, I couldn't remember the name of drink I had a few years ago.. I explained to the lady working the color/ texture/ flavor and she was able to pin it down exactly what it was.. black milk tea.. amazing how she was very well versed with all the flavors. Portions are perfect for the price. Loved it, very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning

loved sitting down here to get some work down! a nice array of sweet treats (like boba mochi) also available in addition to the milk/fruit/bubble tea, which was all super delicious. sweetness levels can be tailored to your preference. bonus is that this place is run by a local (and very sweet) family!

Both the Thai tea with soy milk and the passionfruit green tea were excellent choices for us! We will most definitely return since we love that there are nondairy milk options available. Nowhere else does that. Lots of boba, big amounts of tea for the price, and fantastic service!

Delicious flavors! Great size for Large and the cheapest bubble tea I got around the area. I love it. Also the people who work there are very friendly! Highly recommended 👍🏻♥️

This place is really cute and small. They have a few tables inside, some prepackaged snacks, bottled sodas, bubble tea and more! I went in and got the strawberry bubble milk tea and a brown sugar milk tea. Both of them were delicious, but the strawberry one really took the prize. On my way out I dropped my drink and they remade it for me for free, which they didn’t have to do but I definitely appreciated. Thank you!
