BEWARE
IF
YOU
HAVE
PETS!!!!!!!!!!
In
all
honesty
my
experience
living
at
Lake
Village
Townhomes
was
quite
nice.
Great
area,
plenty
of
parking
and
the
leasing
office
staff
(all
except
Michelle)
we’re
easy
to
work
with.
However,
during
the
final
walkthrough
upon
moving
out,
the
Community
Manager
Michelle
was
a
nightmare
to
deal
with.
Upon
entering
the
unit
for
a
walkthrough,
she
immediately
went
to
a
back
corner
of
the
dining
room,
lifted
the
carpet
and
found
what
was
clearly
water
damage,
likely
from
flooding
or
water
leaking
between
the
units.
The
water
damage
could
not
possibly
have
been
the
result
from
2
small
very
particular
and
clean
cats
,
that
are
well
trained
to
pee
inside
2
large
kitty
litter
boxes
kept
in
a
closet,
not
where
the
water
damage
was
“discovered”.
She
then
claimed
to
have
smelled
it
“as
soon
as
she
walked
in”
though
my
ex-gf
moved
out
with
the
cats
6
months
prior.
I
got
down
on
my
hands
and
knees
to
smell
the
carpet
which
would
have
reeked
of
anomia
which
it
did
not,
it
was
clearly
water
damage,
but
she
did
not
care.
Despite
the
carpet
being
(her
words)
“replaced
2-3
years
ago”
she
claimed
she
would
be
billing
me
for
the
cleaning
fee
and
new
carpet
and
if
I
did
not
pay
I’d
be
sent
to
collections.
She
was
mean,
cold
and
impossible
to
reason
with.
As
if
she’d
already
made
up
in
her
mind
she
intended
to
bill
me
for
the
new
carpet
no
matter
what,
it
felt
calculated.
Like
she
enjoyed
it.
Other
reviews
of
this
community
will
say
the
same
thing.
It
seems
as
though
this
property
management
company
does
its
best
to
offset
carport
placement
costs
by
billing
the
tenants.
