It reaches the front and WITHOUT REGARDING MY PATTERN, MY VOLUME, THE SHAPE OF MY CURRL, NOTHING... BOOM! SCISSOR! It left my head like a mushroom, it was literally a mushroom 🍄 She dried my head without curling it too much, because deep down Barbara knew she had gone too far with the scissors. I endured the pull as best I could because this had never ever happened to me. NEVER. Ask for one thing and have something completely different. Seeing myself so disadvantaged... I demanded an explanation, which they didn't give me, and compensation, which they gave me my money back. I have had to wear my hair straight because it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to wear it curly. Regarding Barbara, at no time was she interested in my curl, if it was very marked, if it was more wavy... Nothing. I didn't quite understand how I could cut a hair without knowing anything about it. And, on top of that, while I was washing my head he started telling me that my hair was falling out a lot, as if I and my stress from the exams didn't know... He doesn't know if it's because of a stress process, if it's because of a bad situation you were experiencing or if it is due to an illness. There are things that should not be said. I do not recommend this center at all. I have thought a lot about whether to post the review or not because of the time that has passed, but I want to prevent what you did to me from being suffered by someone else. You limited yourself to refunding my money or giving me a curl treatment (what curls? It was impossible to leave my hair curly). Muy descontenta. En la web: alisado soft a partir de 90e… Al llegar me dijeron que el tratamiento de alisado como máximo serían 240E y al ir a pagar: 274!! Me dijeron q habian usado mas producto…¡sin previo aviso y con el presupuesto máximo dado de antemano!

Very disappointed with the treatment. The color was not what we specified and my gray hair was not covered. After calling since the same day when I got home, it was impossible for me to contact Adriana (the manager) without giving me any solution, nor having the courtesy to at least cover the gray hair, which was what it was about after 70 euros for a dye. Uncovered and red hair. I'm sorry to say that my experience has been very negative, I will never recommend it.
