Hoy he acudido por primera vez a este centro. Iba un poco reticente por las reseñas q había leído, aún así quise dar una oportunidad, y no volver si se me confirmaran las reseñas en la web. La recepcionista una señorita amable y sin problemas de ningún tipo. Pasé con la enfermera Victoria, y el trato no pudo ser más exquisito y amable. Sin duda volveré cada vez q lo necesite. Fatal, dos horas esperando teniendo cita para una especialidad que no se encuentra el médico en un centro en el que ese momento solo se encuentra un médico para atender a todas las personas que estábamos, ni si quiera, me avisaron en el mostrador de que la especialidad que había pedido no se encontraba el médico, sin duda para no repetir. No me extraña que tenga tan mala puntuación si la hubiera mirado la puntuación antes de pedir cita sin duda no la hubiera pedido.

No recomiendo para nada este sitio. Fui para que le pusieran la vacuna a mi hijo y cuando fui al público para ponerle la siguiente, descubrimos que la vacuna que habían escrito en el papel que me dieron era errónea. Gracias a que yo recordé cómo era la caja, evité que le pusieran la vacuna doblemente, sin necesidad. Encima, cuando voy al centro a decirles que tengan cuidado con estas cosas, me dicen " la próxima vez recuerde la vacuna que le ponen a su hijo" ni disculpas ni nada. Pago una atención y asistencia que no merecen nada la pena.

La atención por parte de recepción deja mucho que desear, tenia algunas dudas y me respondieron con una dejadez considerable. Mencionar también la consulta con el Doctor Andrade, sin ánimo de ofender, ese señor no está en condiciones de trabajar cara al público. Rondará los 90 años y el groso de la consulta consistió en su lucha contra el ordenador y la tecnología. No creo que sea un servicio de calidad ni una situación adecuada para una persona tan mayor, además de ser maleducado y grosero, cosa que se le pasa por la edad que tiene pero no deja de ser un servicio privado, se espera otra atención.

Llevo 3 días intentando pedir una cita, y no hay forma. Es increíble.
