The apartment we stayed in (Atico Marina) although in a great location, had seen better days. They obviously just turn over the apartments as quickly as possible and don’t look at the general state of the accommodation. Window broken on arrival and took 2 days to fix, air con unit dripping water, seats on outside furniture filthy, light bulbs missing or flickering, springs gone in the sofa, very low pressure in shower (just a dribble). Reported all the issues to the office so they were aware, and was thanked and offered compensation due to our dissatisfaction. However on returning home and getting deposit back, they claimed i ‘misunderstood’ about the compensation, and denied ever offering it to me! Overall disappointed with their standards and service, and will not use again

I stayed in an Airbnb for 10 days managed by them after recovering from surgery. They were available for me during the weekend after having problems in the hospital and even sent somebody round on a scooter with clean sheets and towels for me. They were patient with me before the checkin, despite me being irate and maybe rude due to problems earlier on during the day. I was in panic because I had surgery next day, and they were very helpful and professional at all times. I have been using Airbnb all over the world since it started, and never have I seen such a consistently professional and dedicated management company, ensuring that guests are comfortable. If i was hosting on Airbnb, without doubt i would use this company to manage the property for me, as i know both my guests and I would be in great hands.

Have have to say thank you! We had a very pleasant stay at your nice apartment! The location was perfect. Very close to the old town city center but located in a calm street in order to sleep well! The apartment war clean and nice. There was everything you need, like a nice kitchen, sofas, bedroom and enough space etc. We will come back soon!

We had a superb time in Malaga staying in a city centre apartment which was beautiful, clean and quiet. We really appreciated the Living4Malaga team, their welcome and efficiency. Malaga is a wonderful city to visit and being right in the centre makes everything so easy.

Me and my team stayed here for a week for a co-working/co-living experience, we traveled from Holland for this and the apartment was big enough for the whole team, and with all that we needed. Amazing service and conditions. Finally the rooftop was the best thing of all.

Apartment is top notch, very happy with our selection. Location is at the heart of the city. If anything I´d suggest to include one or two flat pillows to cater the potential preference for them, instead of the bulky ones, but this is absolutely minor, everything was just perfect. The supporting company hosting us was super professional. Highly recommendable.

Really happy to have booked with this company. Their office was easy to find and the staff helpful. My apartment was very well kitted out and clean and comfortable, I had a really good stay. The apartment was so peaceful, secure and I just wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Also, the apartment was ready for me at 11am so I was able to check in early and make a start of my holiday, which I was thrilled about.

Lovely stay! Fast communication and great service. The night my boyfriend was getting sick, they immediately provided us with new sheets. It’s a beautiful and also clean appartment. The appartment is right behind the city centre. (Which causes also a little bit of noise during the night).

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this very clean and tidy apartment, it has a prime location in the center of Málaga. Unfortunately, it has only a little daylight which might be of advantage during hot sommer days (we were there at the beginning of November.) Quick and comfortable access to the grocery, bars and restaurants. The host easily accesible with a quick reaction. The apartment offers everything we needed during our 4-days stay.

Amazing apartment in the centre. The furniture and bed were lovely, and the few small balconies gave a lovely view of the area. The rooftop terrace had loads of furniture and was amazing for a drink in the evening and looking at the view of the city. I highly recommend this apartment for couples and friends who want a relaxing stay in the city centre with lovely views.

Perfect location in the historical centre. Windows of bedrooms are situated to the inner part of the house so the noise from the street is not a problem. But is neccessary to have on mind that during weekend the noise could be louder. I recommend this accommodation.

Stayed here two nights during a bicycle trip. It was lovely, right in the midst of great food and shopping and a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay and the place was really well put together. Top notch. Great value.

Stayed at this location during my trip in late May, 2022. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it's location and their staff's super service that they provided. I ended up having to move a couple of times since I didn't plan the number of days which was my fault, but they went out of their way to find me other apartments available for me. Each one was very nicely appointed with all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend their many apartments! I plan on booking with them next time I visit Malaga.

Great place in a great location. Rooms are basic but good enough for what we needed. Very happy with the service. We had no problems whatsoever. The terrace with a hot tub at the top is a nice touch.

Great appartment, very clean, New and beautiful. In every room there was a separate airco, and even when you are in the middle of the city center, it was quiet. I would recommend this place for sure!

A phenomenal apartment about 15 minutes by foot away from the city center. It has two separate bedrooms with nice and comfortable beds as well as two bathrooms. There is definitely enough space for everybody even if you travel with up to five people. All of the rooms are perfectly clean and there is air conditioning for the hole apartment if needed. I can highly recommend the opportunity to use the roof terrace if you want to spent a moment outside of the apartment and just relax without to much trouble around you. Of course there can be found lots of activities conected to nightlife every day in the old town for example if you prefer to be with others instead. The communication with the hosts was kindly and there always answered pretty soon. Furthermore they always gave helpful information needed particularly connected to the Check-in and Check-out. Specifically when you travel with four to five people the door system is great as it works completely keyless whit cods. Last it can be mentioned that the technical house service works well. Unfortunately we get stuck in the elevator and after getting in contact with the emergency stuff it didn't take long until somebody came to help us out even though it was already after 9 p.m. In conclusion the Living4Malaga apartments are a great and very affordable chance to have a unforgettable time in this beautiful city.

Great place to stay because it's near the beach. Near restaurants and shopping arcades. Clean room and complete kitchen amenities for people like us who stays more than a week. Staffs are very helpful and give fantastic service when we needed help. Thank you!!!

Very nice and sparkling clean apartment with a great view from the balcony.The location is in the middle of the old town. Sights and restaurants are within walking distance. Recommended!

The hosts very very communicative an helpful. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere and the view was exactly as pictured . Extremely clean and the layout was perfect and private for 4 freinds to share. There's also an elevator and stairs- which you prefer. We all loved it and will stay again if we return to Malaga

We had a great time staying at this apartment. The receptionist who check us in on the 28th June ( mentioned he’d only been working there for a week!!) helped us when we had major issues on our first day. The security man in the apartment is also very lovely and friendly, he stayed with us . We were a group of young girls and felt very safe, close proximity to the castle, beach, city centre, restaurants, shops, museums. Rooms are spacious, TV has Netflix etc The kitchen has great amenities and there are extra towels. The company has great communication, and overall makes the experience pleasant for guests. I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!! Aizenosa
