This is the best food I've had in Spain from Galicia to Andalucia. They can't call it tapas because each portion was the size of a full meal and the prices are incredibly low - perhaps because they aren't on the main road. The staff was so friendly and service was on point. Amazing wine and delicious food. The beef cheek and the ensaladia were so good. Highly recommend having the wait staff recommend their ideal dishes.

I enjoyed this place, following a recommendation from the pharmacist. I had been on a long run that day and had very weary legs and in some pain, hence visiting the pharmacy! I asked for a restaurant which serves traditional local dishes and she said she quite likes this one, so went along and was pleased. Sticking to the tapas menu, went with some rinones [kidneys] which were outstanding and some stew which was also very good. I avoided stuff from the sea given it's in the mountains, so went with another prok dish (also good) and some simple tomatoes. In fact, I ordered too much so my advice would be to take it one at a time as the portions are big for tapas. When the bill came I wondered if they'd made a mistake as the dishes, though large, averaged Eur 3 each. The dishes were hearty and filling and just what I needed after a hard day trail running. If you want good quality, no frills, basic traditional which is very good value this is the place. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place to come and try the typical dishes of Spain. There is a variety of options and all of them are fantastic and home made. Highly recommend this place and to try as much as you can in the form of tapas(small dishes to share).

This place ticks all the boxes: it has a charming interior, and shaded tables outside; the staff are helpful and friendly - they roped in another patron to translate when my Spanish wasn't up to it; there are locals passing in and out; it's extremely affordable; and the food is absolutely fantastic. We had the best morcillo I've ever had and the solomillo was 🔥 Just be aware that you might have to wait for a table - get a caña at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait!

Really, really good, joan's corner is the BEST place in Aracena where eat the typical products.

We came for tapas, raciones and beers. Everything was delicious! The carrillera en salsa was very tender and the half-racione portion size was generous. We rolled out of there sideways...
