So,
why
not
5
stars
across
the
board?
This
hidden
gem
was
a
delight.
The
room
absolutely
clean,
possibly
recently
renovated,
great
private
bathroom
with
shower
and
bidet,
a
nice
courtyard
and
it
looked
like
we
hit
the
jackpot.
What
made
it
better
was
Laura
who
welcomed
us
and
kept
our
bags
as
we
were
off
on
a
tour.
When
we
returned,
it
was
another
lady
at
the
front
desk.
She
checked
us
in
and
gave
us
the
keycards.
In
about
30
minutes,
we
discovered
the
ac
did
not
work
in
Room
10.
The
room
does
not
have
a
phone
and
as
such
we
had
to
walk
to
reception
several
times
to
report
the
issue.
The
ac
just
failed
and
gave
an
error
code.
What
was
not
couture
was
the
lady
saying
the
aircond
works
and
it
is
cool.
That
day
I
wrote
a
review
citing
the
issues
and
giving
the
staff
an
opportunity
to
address
the
issue.
The
next
morning
on
our
way
to
another
tour,
Laura
approached
me
and
said
that
due
to
the
weekend
it
was
not
feasible
to
get
a
tech.
I
was
so
sleepy
and
jittery
having
stayed
awake
due
to
the
warmth
at
night.
She
promised
to
give
is
another
room
and
volunteered
to
move
our
stuff.
Her
outpouring
of
care
and
concern
was
quite
genuine.
When
we
returned
from
our
tour
tired
and
hot,
she
told
is
excitedly
that
the
aircond
was
fixed.
This
was
comforting
joy
to
hear.
Indeed
it
was
working
and
I
went
to
see
her
and
let
her
know
how
thankful
I
was.
So,
Laura,
you
made
our
stay
great
and
you
are
a
remarkable
person.
So,
why
a
atar
short?
The
room
was
adjacent
to
the
lane
where
passersby
and
vehicles
make
noise
which
is
clearly
heard
in
the
room.
Also,
noise
from
other
rooms
is
clearly
heard.
Apart
from
that
issue,
this
is
a
great
hotel/hostel
to
stay
and
visit
the
sites
within
the
walls.
