The location is more than perfect. Very clean, friendly staff, a huge bed etc. It is very close to the most attractions. Not a minus but I should mention that if you choose accomodation with breakfast, the breakfast location it is at aproximatelly 200 meters from the hostal location. I strongly recommend!

The hotel is located really good. The staff is really friendly as well, the rooms were early available as the check in time. However, I don’t have a good experience, the AC is not working properly which wasn’t nice in the heath. The bed was also terrible. It was more like a swing set, if any of us moved it shook a lot.

Incredible "hostel" that is really a hotel, with luxury level amenities and a MASSIVE bathroom that is spotless. The shower was better than many luxury hotels I've stayed in. The entire experience was almost flawless. This is easily the best hostel if not one of the best hotels I've stayed in over multiple trips in Spain. The location is also perfect as it's close to many attractions, the train station, a taxi stand, and just off the beaten path so it's absolutely silent at night. The service was also top notch and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside is that the rooms can be quite hot. I went in November and it was chilly outside, but the room was slightly too hot for my comfort. I just turned off the heating though so it's not a problem.

Room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room did have everything we needed. Room was a great value. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the train station. I found it was best to take taxi to hotel from the train station, as the walkways can get confusing at first. The hotel location itself wasn't too far from historic sights and is indeed walkable. It's easy to get lost between the pathways, but adventurous as well. You'll eventually find your way. Things I didn't like: strong perfume scent in bedroom. I asked front desk if all of the rooms had strong perfume scents, and the reception said yes. She mentioned that there are the diffusers and that I can move it outside if I wanted to, so I did. It helped a little, but the scent was still strong and we left the patio doors open for ventilation throughout the day to air out. My nose and lungs were definitely sensitive to it, that I did start to cough the following day. And a few minor things I would have liked is a full length mirror in the room. Also, it would be nice if there was space for a toiletry bag somewhere in the bathroom. I do recommend this hotel, as long as you are not super sensitive to perfumes like I am.

We love everything here. Easy to find, walkable from the train station and close by the attractions in the center city. The room is absolutely clean, comfortable and big enough for 2 person. The bed is perfectly soft and big, the bathroom is even bigger. The reception is friendly and helpful. This hotel deserves 4 stars hotel. Highly recommend!

So, why not 5 stars across the board? This hidden gem was a delight. The room absolutely clean, possibly recently renovated, great private bathroom with shower and bidet, a nice courtyard and it looked like we hit the jackpot. What made it better was Laura who welcomed us and kept our bags as we were off on a tour. When we returned, it was another lady at the front desk. She checked us in and gave us the keycards. In about 30 minutes, we discovered the ac did not work in Room 10. The room does not have a phone and as such we had to walk to reception several times to report the issue. The ac just failed and gave an error code. What was not couture was the lady saying the aircond works and it is cool. That day I wrote a review citing the issues and giving the staff an opportunity to address the issue. The next morning on our way to another tour, Laura approached me and said that due to the weekend it was not feasible to get a tech. I was so sleepy and jittery having stayed awake due to the warmth at night. She promised to give is another room and volunteered to move our stuff. Her outpouring of care and concern was quite genuine. When we returned from our tour tired and hot, she told is excitedly that the aircond was fixed. This was comforting joy to hear. Indeed it was working and I went to see her and let her know how thankful I was. So, Laura, you made our stay great and you are a remarkable person. So, why a atar short? The room was adjacent to the lane where passersby and vehicles make noise which is clearly heard in the room. Also, noise from other rooms is clearly heard. Apart from that issue, this is a great hotel/hostel to stay and visit the sites within the walls.

Terrible service, they sweeped a high traffic area on the floor, no sign that floor is wet, I fell down and hurt my back. After I almost left reception lady and the stupid cleaning lady started laughing together. Location is meh, too over priced for what it is. Avoid.

We stayed only one night in July, 2021 in the standard double room. It is great value for money. PROS: -price: we only payed 45 euros total, I think there was a discount due to covid -clean and nice rooms -big door window -very friendly and helpful staff -relaxed no fuss -great location: walking distance to everithing -like advertised CONS: -wish there was a breakfast offering -rooms are small -the bathroom sink is small, no place to put your things -small bed: 140x200 -not for longer romantic couple stays: the bed is light so it moves (it's on wheels) and makes more noise than other beds We used the baggage storage in the morning and the staff was really nice, they also gave us some advice we asked about flamenco show.

Friendly staff, clean spacious comfortavke rooms, beautiful facility. Depicts the patio lifestyle of Cordoba in a historical building. It's actually a hotel and not a hostel. The staff was genuinely concerned for our comfortable stay. They tried every possible way to remind us of the checkin time cutoff, and made sure that they were there upon our arrival. The front desk is closed after 10 pm. They also emailed us of the parking options and how the street where this hotel is located is too narrow for the cars. Parking paseo de la victoria is conveniently located on the main road. The entrance to the parking is at the intersection of po la Victoria and c. Concepcion. They also gave out breakfast vouchers that were redeemable at Trinidad restaurant nearby. Plenty of food. Overall the best experience ever!

Lovely hotel - tastefully refurbished. Rooms are very small, but well furnished and thoughtfully organized. The shared courtyard is wondeful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Do heed the warning against driving to the hotel - better to stop at the main road and walk the 50 or so meters. I decided to drive and regretted it - barely squeezed through the narrow street with a small car and then had to make a sharp turn at the end with stone walls on all sides to get out ...

Electricity stopped working 23:00 d. 25/1-23. This was not only for us, but also our neighbours. The electricity came back shortly again 00:00 - but our AC didn’t want to heat the room. There was only cold air, whatever we did with all possible functions. There was a sun sign on the control, but it never appeared when we pressed. The entire night felt like we slept in a chilly tent. Because our room was just out the patio - not indoors as in a building. Room 10. We would like a refund but reception just said they will do better in the future. This explanation was not out of satisfaction as a hotel would normally give compensation for their guests. Will probably not choose this for Cordóba again. Might have gotten a cold of sleeping in this fridge of a room. Otherwise, this is a good hotel. Worth the money. Clean and comfortable bed. Only problem is the AC in the winter. Seems like an overall problem in Spain to not have radiators like in Scandinavia. / Johanna & Andrej, Denmark

Beautiful building, great location, breakfast not recommendable. Although has no parking, staff was very helpful to find where to park the car.

My daughter and I are touring Spain and stayed at Patios del Orfebre. The location it totally walkable from the train station and we were able to store our bags with the hotel while we explored the city. Very easy access to the Mezquita and all the beautiful sites of Cordoba The room was nicely appointed and hotel staff very helpful. If you choose, you can get a coupon for breakfast which is a short walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for value, location and staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

4.5 star rating after a 2 night stay. If the bed was more comfortable (mattress was too stiff for me) it easily would have been a 5 star stay. Great location within easy walking distance to both restaurants/attractions as well as the train station. Hotel was very clean and had a modern feel. The reception was very kind and will hold your bags after check out if you request. The shower was also fantastic! Wi-Fi connection was great. I had to work remotely for my job one evening and was able to take video calls and load webpages to complete my work with ease. Great stay for remote work! Overall, this hotel was a very nice stay (especially for a solo traveler on a budget)- I would recommend!

Location is very nice but what a shame to propose room like this (room 6). Very small room with barely a window, next to the patio and to the drink machine making noise all night. An evacuation light within the room with this greenish light 24/24 then... While complaining to the reception : "yes we know about this. Sorry it is like that." UNBELIEVABLE!!
