One of the best beaches I have visited. Don't waste your time on Grand Anse or Petite Anse - it's worth 35-40 minutes walk through the forest and the rocks. Unbelievable scenes, majestic waves and at the far point of the beach there is a natural pool with no waves and suitable for snorkeling... Must visit if you are at La Digue...

Cocos beach is one of the best spots on ladigue. It is really far away and a difficult path; so less people around. It is savage beach and that’s why also my favourite. It’s natural all around. Just wonderful :)

Amazing place, a little bit tricky to find. But once you do, you'll be alone in this beautiful beach. If you go through the jungle, it's a nice 30 min walk. If you Wanna go quicker, go through Petit anse... There's not much shade in the place, and the currents are a Bit strong, so be careful while swimming.

Came here for the natural pool at the end of the beach on the lefthand side. The rest of the beach has pretty strong waves so I would say that the natural pool is the safest area. I wouldn't say it's the most beautiful but it was fine. A good place for snorkeling. I was a bit concerned about the hike here since my husband has a dislocated elbow but he was fine and aside from a few little climbs it wasn't difficult, max 25 to 30 minutes.

Veery nice beach almost desert. Remember to visit the natural pool on the far left! The path from Grand anse is not too difficult but beautiful walk/hike! I suggest you to have lunch at the beach local juice bar on the right end side which organises a barbecue buffet for 250scr per person!

One of the best beaches on La Digue. It is not good for swimming due to strong currents and waves, but the view is gorgeous. The road there takes about 30-40 minutes from Grand Anse beach through jungles, thus it is much less crowded. Most likely you will be alone there at sunset. Also there is a natural pool at the end of the beach.

Lovely beach, reachable only by trekking a short distance from grand anse via petit anse. The rock pool is on the far end of the beach

Last hike stop, amazing view, crystal clear water to see colorful fishes. There is also a fruit bar to enjoy fresh drinks and sometimes also take the lunch. The overall hike is small-medium difficulty.

Our favorite beach on La Digue, well worth the climbing there. Nice small and secluded beach with beautiful rocks and with a possibility to stay in shade. Best bar on the beach.
