We hopped on our rental bikes and made our way to this side of the island. We ditched the bikes and found another couple heading to the same beach as us. (Made some “insta” friends) A bit of a hike so bring water and don’t forget your camera. As others have mentioned swimming can be dangerous due to currents. The water is clear, the sand is perfect, hardly anyone else around. To find a shady spot go lay your towel on the boulders to the right. 🇸🇨 we were there on a hot day and didn’t bring enough water so we stayed about an hour *remember I said don’t forget extra water!

Really beautiful strip of beach to visit, take photos and maybe a short dip in the shallow water but the ocean is too rough there, high waves and strong currents. There are places of shade and some locals selling fruits. Also there's a restaurant nearby

One of the best beaches on the Seychelles! We liked this beach, more than Grande Ans. There are man made tents out of palm leaves, where you can hide from the sun. It is better to come in the morning in order to find free tent, but there is a catch - you have to buy one coconut for 100 scr. We spent a whole day there. In November everyone swam in the sea, jumping on the waves (not for children). There were less waves here than on Grande Ans.

Beautiful beach with clean white sand! The waves and tides are a bit dangerous if you go more than 8 meters in the water. It's not very easy to get to but not one of the toughest either. A great place to relax after a long day exploring La Digue.

Beautiful beach. Best beach easily in la digue. It has the softest sand I have ever seen its like flour. No pebbles or stones. Its a bike ride to get there then a little climb over the rocks. It's a proper path which makes it easier but you have to have a good standard of fitness to be able to do it. Beautiful turquoise water. Not appropriate for swimming though as multiple breaks in the waves and deep water. If you make it here, you will have the beach to yourself.

This was one of our favorite beaches in the Seychelles ! We came in by bike form the Main Street in la digue. Parked the bikes near a restaurant were you will see other bikes. You then find yourself on Grande anse, which is beautiful but particularly strong currents and wave. You then do a little trek. Make sure to follow the white arrows as you may get lost in the woods if you get it wrong. If you get it right. It will take you less than 10 min. You then arrive at this wonderful beach. It sometimes get hard currents, but mostly we were able to jump in and enjoy some funny waves. The beach bar here is really nice too with some very nice juices. You have to go to this one !

Our favourite beach on La Digue and probably the Seychelles (Mahe and Praslin). Hike to Anse Coco further away is not really worth it, just stay here

Great place. After 15 minutes of an easy walk you arrive in this paradise. No need for walking shoes we did It easily with flip flops.

Stunning view, accessible after a small hike from Grand Anse Beach. Right in the middle between Grand Anse and Anse Cocos.

Very nice beach and most of the time you are practically alone. Relatively easy to reach from Grand Anse (Flip Flops not recommend). Today we had high waves and swimming was not easy

Very beautiful trail around 3 beaches on this coast. This one is 2nd one and definitely one of the nicest one.

One of the best on La Digue Island, my favourites are this one and Anse Patates. Grand anse is also great, but almost no shadow. Here you have shadow from the rocks in the afternoon and few palms for the first part of the day

Can't describe how beautiful and perfect this beach is. Maybe one of the best beaches worldwide.

For me this is even better than the Grande Anse! I was alone on the beach, there is a small bar where you can buy cocktails, the water is clear, swimming is possible, this is actually one of the best beach experience I had in the Seychelles.

Beautiful beach on La Digue, which is very easy to find from Grand Anse beach (about 5-10 minutes walk). There are big waves and strong currents, so swimming is not recommended. You can find some shade near the big stones in the end of the beach.

Perhaps even more beautiful than the one they call the most beautiful beach in the world on the other side of the island.
