Went to the clinic with my son on Saturday. My boy was very sick, fever, coughing, runny nose. The doctor was there, but wouldn't see us, even though he didn't have any other patients. He said Saturday afternoons were for emergency house visits only. He said he would come to our house and charge us R2700. Even though I was right there with him, he wouldn't examine my son. So what's more important, Money or the Health of their patients?!? It's obviously a money making business instead of wanting to care for people!

Visited as a walk in during my vacation as I had an ear ache. Practice looks good. There was some waiting time but this is of course understandable since the doctor (Hans Manee) also took his time to diagnose what was ailing me and luckily was also able to provide treatment during my visit. I am satisfied with the quality of service.

I went for a Pap smear. Had to wait 1 hour in waiting room until gynae could see me. Then only 1 month later got the results of the Pap smear after I had phoned twice myself and was told still no result. I then went to see them to get results. I then had to pay another consultation fee of R550 for the gynae to discuss the result with me. Although I had already paid R2000 to do the Pap smear in the first place. What use is it to do the Pap smear without getting the result? After discussing the result, the gynae prescribed antibiotics but actually wasn’t sure if I still needed it because the test was done over a month ago. But he prescribed it anyway so that I go to the pharmacy and spend more money. Yes because the pharmacy is also owned by the clinic. At the same time I went there with my 1 year old son, he had a rash on his leg. I got prescribed: cream, soap, drops AND syrup!! I asked, is this really all necessary just for a rash?!? Conclusion: I believe the clinic is a money making business instead of providing the service of good health care.

I was on holidays in Seychelles and I did nit feel well. I needed a medical diagnostic , and Dr. Vladimir came to my hotel in few hours. He treated me very well and he gave me the apropiate pills to get better inmediatly 👍🏻😃. Un 10 !!

Discriminatory pricing scheme. You ask the front desk how much a treatment will cost, and they ask you whether you are a Seychellois resident or a foreigner, as this impacts the price. Of course the price they charge tourists is 3-5x higher than they charge locals. Shameful business practices - avoid.

We really recommend Dr Victor as a physio. He is knowledgeable, friendly, trully wants to help. He treated my tennis elbow and my husband's back pain when we were on holiday in July.

We walked in during our holidays, cause my husband had suddenly a severe back pain and could not stand, sit or walk without pain. Dr. Viktor did some physiotherapy, set two injections and gave us a prescription for a medication. We could enjoy the rest of our holidays witout problems - thank you Dr. Viktor!

I never received my PCR results. No customer service. I went to the Eden Island branch and waited nearly 50 minutes. I had to then do a test with another company. Avoid these people Who care nothing about tourists in Seychelles!!!!

I have pain in my knee and ankle. I was refer to ortho @ Eden. Given 2 injections in each pain. Knee pain gone but ankle slightly still pain. Refer for 5 physio sessions by Dr Victor. After physio no more pain. 😊
