My husband & I got to participate in the free poke bowls before opening day at Island Fin Poke. We loved our bowls that we created and their Dole Whip is super tasty too. The dole whip is vegan for those who have allergies/preference. The staff were very friendly and the inside was so cute with Tennessee/Hawaiian themed decor. :)

Best poke bowl in Knoxville, I got the ahi tuna bowl. The soda drinks are no artificial sweeteners and no corn syrup- vanilla creme was great!

This was the first time I’ve had a poke bowl. It was delicious! The staff/servers were very patient in introducing me to all the options and let me sample any flavors I wanted so I could decide on my perfect bowl. The flavors were fresh and wonderful. I will definitely return and I highly recommend this place!

This little Hawaiian restaurant is delicious! The poke bowl, cream soda, and Dole whip all were delicious. We will definitely be back! You won’t be disappointed!

Had a great meal here last week. I have to eat gluten-free and they were very good at assisting me to understand what I could and could not have on the menu (only 3 toppings have gluten). The food was fresh, great variety, and tasty. Can't wait to go back!

Enjoyed eating lunch here today! Started with a Hawaiian-style poke bowl, and the Stubborn soda fountain drinks are a must, especially the Root beer! Finished off with a Dole Soft serve!

This place is pretty amazing!! So many options and very customizable for all diets and t personal taste. The atmosphere was very “Ohana”. Everyone was very helpful and happy to serve! Highly recommend trying it out!

This place is the best in Knoxville, hands down. The overall experience is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable, the food is top quality, the value is there. The selection is vast. When it comes to food like this, you get what you pay for. I love the pricing model. It gives you freedom to get what you want without worrying about having to pay extra (though, there are add-ons that do cost extra, but only a couple and it’s fair that they cost extra). I’ve been here 3 times since they opened and have been greeted cheerfully, had my order taken promptly and my food was perfect each time. Any time I had a question about an ingredient, the staff was able to explain it further and help me. They also had some great recommendations that I took and I highly suggest you do too. The owners are wonderful people as well and take the time out of their day to be in-store and even come up and have conversation with me. Love this place. New favorite spot in town. Highly recommend.
