By far the worst hotel I have visited. Rooms are old, dirty and smell bad. The curtains of my room were stained and the toilet seat was brown in color from the many years of use. The hotel smells like smoke and the rooms smell a mix of old and bleach. Beds are SO uncomfortable. There is a club nearby the hotel so bring earplugs to sleep, or just don’t come to this hotel at all. Food in the hotel restaurant is terrible, does not have any taste at all. The gym is small and dirty with used towels hanging around. Pool not working at the moment of my stay. Wifi connection is poor and works on and off. The staff is kind but doesn’t speak much English and the lady at the reception is just blatantly rude and has no customer service skills. For your own sake, go somewhere else!

A good hotel but a little tired in places. Excellent food and beverage, great hot water supply. Woman on reception in the morning and early afternoon is a disgrace. She is rude and contemptuous to the guests. Gentlemen who replace her in the afternoon are very helpful. Management please take note...the red haired woman on reception is a terrible ambassador for your hotel and clearly hates her job and the guests who visit your hotel.

Bad location , you cant sleep with the Disco night club out side the hotel , bad bad experience ,

The service is disappointing based on Concorde brand name. The rooms are acceptable but need better cleaning services. The location is great as it is in the middle of the city center.

This hotel was advised by the company I was working with. Great location, near the old city.

It used to be Concord Hotel, the same building but with less quality of service.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the center Sfax, Tunisia , extremely clean & comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Keep going!

Very rude staff. Unprofessional, unacceptable treatment of clients with no response to the reclamation made. Don't recommend it at all.

The staff of the hotel do not understand the meaning of a 4 stars hotel ! Which is something universal and should be the same all over the world ! They gave only one towel for a two people bedroom! The receptionist said that it something standard (again for a 4 stars hotel)… Even after requesting a new one it went as if it was unheard.. and came back to the hotel and found the same 1 towel ! I hope this will change in the future and that the staff learns how to welcome people ! Other than that, the placement of the hotel is very good for the people that want to see the beauty of the old city.

Good place, solid breakfast, friendly staff and good location. Not the peak of luxury but it serves it's purpose well.
