This hotel is really clean, well equipped and reasonably priced. You cant possibly find any other hotel in the region that comes close to this one. My room was beautiful with clean bed and a nice shower. The front yard is quite chill. Dont be fooled by the low rank here.

it's a 3star hotel. small lobby. cosy clean rooms (2,3 beds rooms) with Tv, refrigerator and Air-conditioning. I don't stay in, just visit to assessment it for a friend. it have parking.

The price was higher than services. Breakfast was simple without variety and they didn't serve lunch or dinner, so you had to go out and find a restaurant!

This place is actually a two-star hotel. stuff are not friendly, rooms are not fully clean and breakfast is awful. I suggest you try Dez Hotel.

This, previously good, is a badly managed hotel by Mr Nazari who I consider to be incompetent to run this small hotel (20 rooms). The carpets are extremely dirty in the rooms so much so that you would not want to walk on them even with your shoes on. The soundproofing is non-existent. We were confronted with swarms of ants with wings everyday and the management did absolutely nothing to prevent this from happening. The lady at the desk, Miss T...., is very rude. We stayed at the hotel in late March 2017. Our room was on ground floor. Two years ago we stayed here and our room was on the 1st floor and we had a better experience. The management of this hotel is bad publicity for Dezful's rich cultural and tourist attractions.

what made this stay really a great experience, is the friendly and flexible staff that give the guests a home feeling.

The hotel was ok, room smelled like garlic but they fixed it. Breakfast wasn't ready on time. The staff were very nice though.
