Very low quality and under-maintained hotel. Dirty rooms and worn out linen, bed, doors, ... The only good point for the hotel is it's three rooms with overview of Dez river.

For the price you have to pay, you get little. Old dirty room, people who work there are not nice, one of the worst hotels in Iran that I stayed in.

Very bad hotel. Just outside view of rooms from balconi was good because of Dez river.

It is near to Dez river and has a good view but quality of service was not good.

I don’t see what all the bad reviews are about. Sure the hotel is a little old but the rooms are clean, if you get a balcony room the view is incredible. The staff are helpful and kind. Plus in the end, it’s one of the cheapest options in Dezful so I don’t know why people are complaining. I would definitely stay again next time I return to dezful. Clean bed, warm shower, good breakfast What more do you want?
