    Food is the same as it is at all other locations so no complaint there. The girl waiting on us doesn’t speak very good english. I couldn't understand a word she was saying to me. But hey Burger King, this is America so can you hire American employees or at least employees who speak english well? I have nothing against foreigners, my problem is that if you're going to live in our country and work in our country then learn our language so you can communicate.

    Don't know how this place stays open. I heard it had gotten better with new manager. Not so! Chicken was cold. Where's the chicken on sandwich below???????

    Thought my food was going to be fresh by how long it took to get the food. I was wrong. Wooper bun was warm but the paddy was luke warm. I wonder how long that was sitting the the warming bin for. Definitely not fresh. Funny how I never got a receipt to leave a review with burger king. Don't go here it's terrible.

    Came here today to get my food asked for it fresh and because he made the foods five minutes before I arrived he did not want to make fresh food for me I then came back to return my order I was then told I cannot have my food that I was going to have the police called on me. Then I called the police myself after being told to leave without my order. police was told it was a civil suit and ended up walking out with no food or my money back long story short don’t ask for fresh food just go get what on the menu and deal with it. Also they employees was so scared of the manager they didn’t even want to say anything to him. Been contacting corporate all day. Sad customer service and poor role model material. Worked here before the boss has been changed and the new one didn’t do anything to help me but tell me how I wanted my order.

    They promptly made a very large order in a short amount of time and also offers tacos, which is the greatest burger king item you could ask for. They won't question you. Employees were very cool and not in the least bit rude.

    We pulled up in the drive thru at 9:30pm(they close at 10pm). There were cars outside still. Heard the ‘we’ll be right with you message’ and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Several people passed us by and told us not to even bother because this BK sucks. We backed up and pulled forward again to run over the sensor again and got the same ‘we’ll be right with you’ message. Watched a worker leave the building and drive off. At 10pm we drove off. The workers could’ve at least told us they weren’t going to take our order instead of letting us sit there. Good reminder as to why I’ve only been to Burger King once in over 10 years. Service sucks just as much👍🏼

    Stopped by and ordered the “8 piece nuggets” they only gave me 6 and they where cold. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Also tried to apply a promo code and the person did not know that you have the option between the two whopper options “impossible whopper” or regular whopper. He insisted that I could only get the “impossible whopper”. I can see why Burger kings are closing down in neighboring areas. These restaurants need people that can manage this places in a better way . Over all bad experience and won’t be back at this location.

    We stopped here on our way home today at 1:25 pm and went through the drive through, no one responded to us so we went to the door but all the doors were locked, there were workers inside but no note on the door and no one answered the phone. Why in the world would they be closed on a Sunday afternoon?? Will not be back!! That is bad business my friends….wish I could give 0 stars

    Try to avoid going to this place. The staff is always rude and the orders are ALWAYS wrong. I’m not even exaggerating. Tried to give this place a chance today. The lady with tattoos got our order wrong and gave US an attitude because she messed up. It was a very uncomfortable drive thru.

    I ordered a# 5 breakfast sandwich the girl talked me into… worst breakfast ever! The hash browns were cold and the sandwich was rock hard.., the coffee was so bitter I dumped it out. Threw the rest away… eeeewwwww Will not order breakfast from them EVER again b

    Customer service was fantastic!!! Food was great... atleast my daughter and husband's food was good. I didn't get anything because the only thing i wanted was the cheesey tots, yes I understand this is a petty thing to be upset about, and yes I am upset about it :/ If it's on the board you should have it available. I put this problem square on the shoulders of the manager who does the product ordering. Make sure you have enough product to cover yourself in between shipments, it's not that hard and I do know how easy it is...I USED TO DO IT. Have a great day please and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH CHEESY TOTS NEXT TIME UGHHHH Review will be updated next time I stop in and I really really hope you'll have the cheesy tots
